Title: This is a Math Book!
Review: I haven't done Geometry Proofs in a long time since I was a teenager in the mid 2000s. I always remember my geometry homework back in those days having to work through many proofs and some computation problems; mostly proving theorems and then applying them to the next theorem to be proven. As my high school geometry teacher said once, "No, you can't measure anything. You have to prove it. The diagram is just there so you have an idea of what to do." Now as a 34 year old wanting to revisit what I learned a long time ago in High School. I came across this book knowing that Chris McMullen writes good workbooks on STEM subjects. I like the way he laid out the chapters on Terminology, Notations, Concepts followed by Strategies, Examples, and finally the Proofs! Proofs build up one after another. You have to remember what was proven and apply it in the next proof. His notes and hints are insightful remarks that are also very helpful for each problem. So far I am one-third of the way finishing it. As I am working on each problem I find myself looking back in the Definitions and Concepts chapters to find facts to derive more facts in order to prove a theorem. This is a good collection of Geometry Proofs to think and work through. Definitely reminds me of the theorems we worked on twenty years ago in high school. An excellent pure mathematics book that a new geometry high school student will benefit working on. Every last penny I spent on this was worth it!

Title: Good practice book
Review: Very good. For me the trick in getting my head around understanding proofs is memorizing the theorems and postulates. You really have to have them memorized and be able to recognize when looking at a diagram all the theorems and postulates that could apply. Maybe thats a duh and obvious to most people but it wasn't mentioned in this book as a strategy and I think it would have helped us understand it faster had it been. Other than that, this book is quite good for helping you to understand how to do them.

Title: A Marvellous Book
Review: I have finally got the knack of proof due to crystal clear explanations and a wonderful organization of the material. The author has such a clear mind and such a great understanding of geometry that I am in total admiration. I will definitely buy and devour all his other books, one by one.
