Title: My fav vinyl!
Review: I had this CD growing up. Every single track is great. I can listen to this album without skipping a track. I have other Brenton Wood albums but this one has all my favorite. Of any LP this is hands down my favorite. You won’t be disappointed.

Title: This digital download used the same mastering as "Baby You Got It: the 1960's Anthology".
Review: Don't be put off downloading Brenton Wood's 18 Best from any digital download or music streaming site including Amazon Music. The original CD, released back in 1991 had such poor sound quality, and the drums were really muffled in "Take A Chance On Me". However, in this digital download, the remastering is from the 2006 "Baby You Got It: the 1960's Anthology", which includes a count off in the beginning of "Oogum Boogum". The 2006 double album is newly remastered with 44 songs. This contains the original lineup from "Brenton Wood's 18 Best" CD from 1991, and is sourced from the 44 track double CD for better sound quality. Crank it up, and listen to old time faves including "Oogum Boogum", "Great Big Bundle of Love", "Gimme Little Sign", "I Love the Way You Love Me", "Can you dig it?", "Whoop it On Me", "Take a Chance On Me", "Catch You On the Rebound" and "Me and You", which me and my cousin had cranked up on YouTube when driving with the windows wound down on our way home from busking. If you don't want to spend big bucks on the double CD to upgrade your original 1991 CD of this album, download this, and you'll have it in the exact same mastering as on the double CD. Also on streaming or downloads, check out his 1980's work on "Sweet Old School" and "Classic By Design", to which there is little overlap between both collections. Note: the songs are miss- titled on "Sweet Old School" from "Medly: Take a Chance On Me/ A Change Is Gonna Come". Every song after that song is the name of the previous title.
