Title: An Amazing Upgrade to the Creality Ender 3 Printer Line
Review: This printer has so many new features over all the other Ender 3 V2, SE, and S1 printers. It's actually like the expensive K1, but with a smaller bed size and no enclosure. I couldn't be happier with it. The print quality is amazing and it's so much faster. I love the auto filament loading and unloading as well as the built in memory for past print jobs. The touch screen is a nice addition, too. All in all, it's a lot of printer for the money. I highly recommend it.

Title: First Impressions + Later Update
Review: Let me start by saying I'm a huge Creality Ender 3 fan! I had version 1 and 2, and last year bought a pair of SEs, which are absolutely incredible printers for only $200. They were easy to assemble, self calibrating, and worked right out of the box.So I decided to get the Ender-3 V3, but my first few hours have had a few quirks. 1) What is with the confusing name? Couldn't it be like "V4"? Or "V3 ZE"? Or something to avoid all the confusion with every other Ender3? Would seem like a dumb complaint, except that when you try to get info on it on YouTube, you get every Ender3 in the world except this one. 2) The "getting started" manual seems to have missed a beat in translation. I'm an engineer who is good at assembling all kinds of things, but this one just had gaps in the manual. Forgot to mention the screws on the bottom? And odd quirks in order. To attach the teflon tube you need to heat the filament, but when you start up the UI, it takes you to calibration. It was just not thought out. And what's with the weird detangling thing under the spool? But after finally getting it assembled and printing, wow, is it fast. And I like the die-cast metal. And the touch-screen is top-notch. And it's very compact for the build size. And it's still very reasonably priced given the big bump in speed from previous generations. So I'm going to reserve judgement, and maybe check back on this review after a few weeks of printing._______Update; I bumped my rating up to 5 stars, because after a few setup quirks, that printer is indeed absolutely blazing fast!! No joke, I was printing robot chassis on my Ender3 SEs that took about 3 1/2 hours. This new one does it in 38 minutes! Out of the box; no tweaks! It's an astounding speed bump! I highly recommend either the $200 SEs, which are very inexpensive and reliable, or else this $400 V3, which is, as I said, crazy fast!I uploaded a video of the thing printing, and for anyone with older Ender3s, no, the video was not sped up! It's _that_ fast.

Title: Problems from day one
Review: I had better print quality off the SE. This machine lasted 3 weeks before the nozzle got jammed into the heat sink. I can't change the nozzles, I can't use the machine, the spare part isn't available anywhere in the US. Customer service is sending me additional parts from China, but, not worth it. The printer has terrible print quality even after 10s of hours of troubleshooting and settings tweaking. The naming convention is so dumb that if and when anything breaks, it's impossible to find parts for this model. I had 100s of successful prints on the 3 v3 se. I had 3 or 4 on this machine before the nozzle broke halfway up the heatsink. I had already successfully put a hardened 0.6 mm nozzle on the machine. I was cleaning a clog, and the nozzle just never came all the way out. After 10s of hours of settings tweaks and troubleshooting print settings for maybe 3 successful prints total in 3 weeks, I was rewarded with a brick while I wait for parts from oversees. The machine was less than a month old. It clogged with standard PLA through a bigger nozzle than standard. Buyer beware.

Title: Lightning fast, great quality, but quirky and frustrating.
Review: I have to admit this is my first 3D printer so itâs a steep learning curve. I am definitely a layman when it comes to printing and this machine was touted as a great beginner printer. That being said I am generally pretty happy with it but there are a few caveats. The Good:- Very affordable as a gateway printer. I was able to get this on Prime Day for an awesome deal.- This is very easy and intuitive to assemble out of the box.- The fidelity/print quality seems quite excellent with smooth faces, very little stringing, and minimal sanding needed.- This thing is lightning fast! The prints are coming out much sooner than expected.- Auto-leveling, nozzle cleaning, and general calibrations are fast and built-inThe Bad:- The filament holder on this thing SUCKS. My biggest problem is the filament getting caught, stuck, pinched, and twisted up.-The kickstand that comes with it is a joke and is only another point for the filament to get tangled in.- I cannot stress how frustrating this is because I have to babysit the spool to make sure doesnât get wrapped around the holder or the cables of the unit. Virtually every failed print is a result of the filament getting caught.-The QR code to set up WiFi and cloud services doesnât work. It just sends me to a broken link.-The screen quality isn't the best. The screen has a bit of a flicker and will have small pixelated artifacts on occasion.-The fact that this has the exact same name as several of their other printers makes googling/internet research on this specific model very difficult. The Takeaway:This is an affordable first-time 3D printer that will get you started very quickly. However, beware of filament woes. I am actively looking for a modification that wonât void my warranty and will improve my experience.
