Title: Great air conditioner!
Review: This is my first time ever buying an air conditioner and I’m super satisfied with this one! I got the 8,000 BTU and it worked perfect for my cabin on a camping trip and kept me and my family cool. It has the option of air conditioning, dehumidifying and just fan and they all work great. I have used it in my bedroom which is a bit of a larger room and I’ve noticed it doesn’t cool as great as it does in a smaller room. I would recommend getting the 10,000 btu if you are trying to cool a bigger room in your house. I am still very satisfied with the product. The installation was difficult for me with the foam pieces and the other plastic attachments that form together for the window won’t fit in my window so I just use the piece with the hole. The remote works well too. The air conditioner doesn’t make much noise at all and if it does I think the issue is it just needs to be drained which I’ve been doing frequently to keep it intact for as long as possible(at least once a week). The air conditioner itself looks great and not tacky and the led light on the front to tell you what temperature it is makes it look higher tech and classy if you will lol. When you turn it on too it’s just like the videos and (excuse my lack of wording lol) air dispenser opens up automatically and it looks so cool! My only wish is I wish it had handle bars for carrying up and down stairs but it has wheels that I’m happy about. There’s sorta pockets on the machine to carry it kinda but they’re not the best for carrying. My overall review is for the price- the quality is outstanding and you would’ve thought this was a 500-600 dollar air conditioner. It took me months trying to figure out which air conditioner was worth it and this one definitely is.

Title: Quite and does a great job
Review: This unit arrived quickly, was easy to set up, and does a great job cooling off my loft.Unsure if they changed the design recently, but I read a lot of reviews that said the unit was very loud. To me, it's no louder than a box fan set on high, and there isn't that annoying rumble/vibration of a compressor that you get with a traditional window unit.Two negatives:- I have replacement windows with slightly larger sills than normal (I guess??). When the exhaust pipe is connected to the panel that sits in the window, there isn't enough clearance for the exhaust pipe to completely miss the window sill, so the pipe rests directly on the sill.This is causing the window to not close/seal the best it could. The panel that goes in the window should be wider, allowing for more room on all sides of the exhaust pipe so that the window can close properly.- This unit is HEAVY. I'm a big person and it was not easy for me to get this unit up a flight of stairs. Plan on having a helper if you'll need to get the unit up stairs or far from the drop-off point.

Title: Incredible Support!
Review: I had an issue with the first unit as it made a clunk sound every time the compressor shut off. The compressor itself is really not too loud unless you have sensitive heating. All AC compressors make noise. However, the clunk on compressor shut off was not normal. Contacted support using the toll free number on the side of the machine and get this…an ACTUAL person answered! New unit was shipped immediately and a return label for the old machine was sent via email. Only difficulty was shipping it back because it’s pretty heavy (63 lbs). Fortunately I caught the FedEx driver as he was delivering to a neighbor. Overall, the new machine works well and most importantly, doesn’t make that clink sound anymore. I can’t say enough good stuff about the customer service for this company!UPDATE: The unit stopped working just over a year after purchase. The unit turns on, I can hear what sounds like the compressor running, but it does not blow any cold air. Basically I just have a very expensive fan now. Not even sure how to get rid of it since it’s probably an environmental hazard to just toss it in the garbage. I will steer clear of this brand if I buy another. Customer support was great at the beginning. But, once they get a positive review from you they won’t care.

Title: Fantastic, get cold instantly!
Review: Fantastic, gets cold instantly! This has saved us this summer. We couldn't afford to repair our A/C , so we are using this. Even on really hot days it is a great help. Its not to noisy at all and it is very easy to install, you just slide it into the window and that's it, no screws or drilling. Great addition to the house, it also looks very stylish!

Title: Great, but terrible customer service
Review: This air conditioner itself works amazing. But, one of them is really loud when the compressor shuts off. I have 2 and the other one isn't like that. First of all, the 1-800 number isn't even taking calls, so you have to email. I did get an email back within 24 hours, but they just sent me a trouble shooting chart, which didn't include the actual issue. I haven't heard from them since, and I've sent 2 emails. I'm giving this 3 stars because of the customer service. The actual unit is great, and would give 5 stars for that.UPDATE:I did hear back from customer service after a few days and they sent me a brand new unit, no charge. So changing my review from 3 stars to 5!

Title: I really wanted to love it
Review: The size and style of the ac is super chic and nice. The wheels are wonderful and the features are awesome. Ease to set up and noise wasn’t worse then your average ac window unit. My issue is with the inner hardware. It didn’t last. It stopped cooling down after 1 year of use even after doing proper cleaning and routine maintenance. This was my second airo to break down which was so sad and disappointing. I really wanted to love it. I really did.
