Title: A little flimsy
Review: Everytime I use it for a few minutes feels a little rocky and creeky. Hasn't broke yet but only been using here and there since purchase.Definitely need to put effort in using it, the video makes it look easy. It's a good ab workout for however long you can do it.

Review: It definitely does what it's supposed to. Every time I use this, I'm sore for days. But it's so versatile because it's not just a ab machine, you can do so much more with it in terms of workouts. I've used it to help modify push ups, leg work outs as well.

Title: Death Trap 500 😀
Review: Let's start off with the easy stuff. Shipping was fast, it was very easy to assemble and it is not bulky in size. This machine is not for the weak and might I add even on the easy setting! It hurts to even breathe. We have named it Death Trap 500! It will definitely work your abs and your back! I am still hurting from using it. If we're being honest I will probably still be hurting into next week. I do not want to imagine the death we would feel if we increased the setting to a moderate level.
