Review: I have a tens unit that I use and it is incredibly helpful with healing and recovery. With that said, this product is actually far more effective and has way more modes and settings. I've even used the arm units on my sprained ankle and I was surprised at how effective it was. I have enjoyed using this unit on my core strengthening and it has had an immediate effect on eliminating my back pain (I'm a truck driver). Review: I purchased it and it was easy to put together. Easy to use. Just attach the control panels and put on the adhesive pads and you are ready to go.What was surprising is how potent the stimulation. I am up to about 10 on the intensity scale. It all depends on your tolerance but you will definitely feel it working. I use it diligently. Would recommend.

Review: I give this product a good but fair review. The power is a little lacking on the stomach section of the device. I could barely feel it. But the arm stimulators are extremely powerful. I ended up using them on my stomach as well as my arms and chest. So all in all it’s not a bad device and does what it claims to do as far as working you out. So I give it a thumbs up.
