Title: Feels sturdy and very effective for intense ab workout even if you are a beginner
Review: For years I've had the single wheel and it wobbles all over the place making the working harder and more intimidating for a beginner level. This double wheel provides stability and I look forward to using it as I improve on my core strength. Make sure you are in the proper position and stay within your capability. Do not think that you are going to roll all the way out like most videos demonstrate. A little really goes a long way!

Review: Grips are made of hard rubber. The grooves will dig into your hands within seconds of using it. Also, they are not great if your hands are sweaty from a workout. Overall they still do the job but personally I'd go with someone that makes better grips.

Review: This product does not have ball bearing in the wheel hub (despite stating on the box "strong bearing). Obviously, a misleading description. Without any ball bearings, the wheel basically rubs and grates against the metal handle bars and the plastic grips. The results of this friction is fine, powdery plastic particles that goes on your hands and floor. There is a risk that one can breathe in the plastic dust. So, after 2 minutes of testing, I disappointingly have to return this. Absolute rubbish and not recommended to anyone in the name of health.
