Title: Easy to fit in your day
Review: I am a 72 year old Grandma that has not been very physically active. I was looking for a short, easy, age appropriate workout to do at home. I wasn't concerned so much in weight loss. Very concerned in strength. This 8 minute a day dvd is perfect. I am on the 3rd week and have noticed improvement in strength. The plus is I've lost a few pounds too. The first week showed me that the short, simple movements used all the right muscles. I was sore, but not too sore to continue each day. Very easy to fit into a routine. Instructions are fast, but you'll catch on. It shows two people, so just pick one to follow. I highly recommend for women and men.

Title: Easy and effective
Review: I am a senior citizen looking for a little exercise without leaving my home. I do it every day. I look forward to it every day for me. The best time is noon so I donât have errands in the morning or if I do and you just not as enthusiastic, but I love it.

Title: Enjoy your workout rather than dread it.
Review: I'm past the halfway point with this 28-day program and look forward to doing the workout rather than dreading it. I like that it's only 8 minutes a day and it works out my whole body with a focus on different body areas each dayThe instructor Jaime is very motivating. He totally gets this age group, and his workouts are just the right amount of pushing without overdoing it to the point of being sore.I've already lost a couple of pounds but most importantly I have more energy, feel stronger and just overall am in a better mood.I also like doing exercises from home because it saves me wasted hours of driving time and also saves money that I would spend on monthly gym costs.

Title: Love/Hate Relationship
Review: I have a love/hate relationship with this video. I love that the movements are all fairly easy and low impact for the most part(there is some jumping but he gives alternate moves if you canât jump). I love that each section is only 8 minutes-and surprisingly I was huffing after 8 minutes even though I walk 2-4 miles per day. I love that you can click back to the main menu to pick which eight minutes session do you want to do...They are divided into weeks 1,2,3,and 4-then you can click on which day in which week you want. Each day works on a specific area of the body, so I spent some time when I first got the dvd and clicked through each session and wrote down what each session worked on(since I need to work mostly on my abs, I know which sessions are abs) I love that you can choose to do one session or as many as you like-so many videos are 45 minutes to as hour long-too easy to say âI donât have time for that!â But everyone can carve out 8 minutes!!Now the cons:The video is supposed to have meal plans and other info included but when you go to the website listed, nothing is there anymore-rather frustrating.(says something about page missing)Another con-if you donât have basic concepts of the correct form for certain moves, this is not the video for you! He gives NO guidance before an exercise as to proper form and just jumps right into the move. He also goes really fast(too fast in my opinion) The models he uses are kind of distracting too because there are many times they are using horrible form and look like they are just kind of winging it. One person keeps getting out of sync too. Kind of distracting. I understand they are seniors and are not going to look like 20-year-olds but they still should be using proper form to prevent injuries. Itâs also annoying when every other word out of the instructors mouth is âthere you go! perfectâ when itâs not even close to perfect...I found I enjoy the workouts more with the sound off because heâs so annoying to me, but that might just be me. But all in all, I will keep the dvd because thereâs 20 different sessions that will get your heart pumping so you shouldnât get bored and I havenât found another senior DVD that fits my needs as well as this one.

Review: What you got for the money...a DVD. Inside the DVD was a website to access your free bonus items...this took you to several different sites and after searching I never did find the bonus items. The DVD is very poor quality. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Review: I've followed the 8-minute exercise program for a few weeks now and I like it. It does make a difference to how I feeI. I hate exercise, but don't mind doing this 8-minute program. The video quality could be better. I found it to be a bit pricey compared to the same item on Amazon.com.
