Title: Dumbbells are great
Review: This was my first time using this type of exercise equipment in the pool. I really like the dumbbells. They can be fun for helping you float and give some resistance when treading water. Lots of ways to use them and get some good arm exercises in. I’m not sure about the other item. They kept slipping and I had to adjust the Velcro a lot. I feel like the Velcro is going to deteriorate too, but I could be wrong. Maybe I was using them wrong, but I just didn’t find them useful. The dumbbells are great.

Review: These are Freaky great for water aerobics!! They definitely give you decent resistance!These are very durable. They are very lightweight OUT of water but excellent under the water.I first tried these at the Y and knew I needed some!Highly recommend
