Review: The device works when it wants to. Inconsistent connectivity, very slow delay and launching apps. Unable to update as it’s running a very old version of android, Support is non-existent, company in China that doesn’t respond to questions. No updating information available on their website. Useless junk,

Title: Ease of set up
Review: Performed as described. Fairly easy to set up. I am not very tech savvy with this kind of thing and was a little concerned about getting it to work in my car which has an aftermarket unit. So far the apps that I desired work fine.

Title: Continuously disconnects, requires a separate app to connect to Android (unlike another product)
Review: Purchased this unit for my 2021 Mercedes GLC 300 and while set up wasn't too difficult for an iPhone, it requires a separate app called 'Carbitlink' for Android Auto on my Galaxy S23, which requires a ton of permissions from your phone (which I understand would be needed for calls, texts, locations, contacts, etc. for functionality but still shady as hell as other products don't require it).The deal breaker was the connection disconnecting and connecting every few minutes: at random intervals between few seconds to 10+ minutes, it would automatically lose connection and reconnect, which was a distraction while driving.

Title: Great product
Review: Just received product today. Love how YouTube and Netflix perform on device. No issues at all. Still trying to figure out if I can mirror my YouTube on my phone to the device. So far only downfall is that I have to type everything on my car screen.

Title: Worked Well Until It Didn't.
Review: I'll keep it simple and do a pros and cons list.Pros:*Pairs easily.*Holds the pairing.*Connects to paired devices quickly; average about 3-5 seconds.*User interface is good enough for the price point.*Decent amount of settings for user customization.Cons:*Freezes on the 'Yes, It's me' prompt screen yet offers no way to respond, this making it useless.*Confuses existing OEM interface because while the above prompt is displayed, the vehicle thinks an actual connection is made and won't allow you to switch until you physically unplug the box.*Reset button is annoyingly difficult to access; needs a sewing needle or equivalent to use.*Video (YouTube & Netflix) was frustratingly difficult to get to work, and when it did, it was very slow. This may be due to the quality of the mobile hotspot, however, I suspect the processor has a hand in this as wellEven with the video issues, when it worked, it did well as a cost effective alternative for the $300 big boys in this arena, however, all of that goes out the window when it bricks because it's asking a question that can never be answered...maybe your experience will be better 🤷🏾‍♂️

Title: Google map delay and horrible switching between map and youtube.
Review: The concept is amazing that I don't have to plug in my phone and able to connect to my car either with iPhone or Android. Love the Netflix and YouTube option for me to watch on the car screen. My major complain is switching between google map and youtube and the delay in google map through this device. When you have google map on and you want to switch to youtube, you will have to turn off bluetooth and use mobile tethering and vice versa. In google map, there is a delay on the screen while you are driving which is an issue in urban area driving.

Title: Stopped working after a month.
Review: Very basic and rather slow. Only had few pre downloaded apps, tried hacking into it to side load my own apps, and i couldn't. Software is locked pretty good. Not real android experience as it's a custom firmware. Can't update the apps or do much besides watch videos. Device didn't get too hot, had in the shade and after maybe 2 hours total of using it for YouTube and Netflix it wouldn't load anything anymore. Had wifi, tested with a chrome login through a complicated way. Wasn't my car, tested in a friend's. Cable was what was provided.Too expensive for it to be completely locked and not customizable. And too expensive for it to just stop working. No I'm not going to troubleshoot it, shouldn't be needed. Spend more on a better one.
