Title: very quiet and it’s easy to set it up
Review: I recently purchased this portable air conditioner and have been very satisfied with its performance. The air conditioner is lightweight and easy to move from room to room, making it a convenient addition to my home. It cools down the room quickly and efficiently, and the temperature control settings are easy to use.One of the things I appreciate about this air conditioner is how quiet it is. I can easily use it in my bedroom without it disturbing my sleep. The included remote control is also a nice feature, allowing me to adjust the temperature and fan speed without having to get up.The only downside to this air conditioner is that the exhaust hose can be a bit tricky to install at first, but once it's set up, it works perfectly fine. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this portable air conditioner to anyone looking for an affordable and effective cooling solution for their home.

Title: Works great for the amount of space
Review: I bought knowing it cools area of 450ft not for whole home. The app is nice to have as well. I keep a small bucket for the tube to drain the condensation/water and empty before bed . Easy to set up and install to window. Enclosed in box is a warrant card . Be sure to submit via email before 10 days of purchase . It doesn’t keep living area freezing when it’s 80+ but definitely lowers the heat inside home .

Title: Works well
Review: This AC works well. After a week of use the duct in the back kept falling off and pockets allowed hot air to blow out the back. I decided to tape it on and it's been much better since. It really filters a lot too so I have to clean the filter more often to keep it working optimally. But living in an apartment during a heat wave, we have been very comfortable. It only keeps the living room cool so I may need another for the other side of the home.

Title: When it works, it's great. It doesn't work for more than an hour due to defective internals.
Review: This unit does not run for more than an hour before requiring draining of the internal watee tray. When hooking the provided hose to the unit water doesn't drain out without shaking it.The installation should have been easy but wasn't as we had to cut the provided window fitting with tin snippers to fit, since they blocked the ventilation attachment from slotting neatly inside the window attachment.When the unit does work, it has an immediate positive effect on the room. The room is cooler and less humid. Having said that, the constant issues we've had in our day with it just getting it running makes it a total bust. If the internal mechanics worked better I'd give this product five stars, but as it currently stands I have to figure out a way to get this defective unit to UPS in new packaging since the provided packaging relied on plastic strings that I needed to cut to actually unpack the item.

Title: Great little unit, get the job done
Review: My 20 year old wall unit just broke down, so I decided to get this portable one and give it a try before summer comes.I’ve been using it for over a week now and so far it works great. It’s not hot right now so I used it for fan/ air circulation in the living room, it brings a decent amount of air flow, and the noise level is tolerable.I owned a Black and Decker portable unit few years ago and I’m ok with the noise as long as it cools down the room. I’ve also tested the cooling mode, when the compressor is on, the cold air coming out is really powerful and cools down the room very fast. It seems like a great value for the money and hopefully will help get us through the summer.

Title: Nice choice for WFH
Review: Since I start to WFH due to Covid 19 so I need a AC for my study this summer. However, I am getting this one whose size is pretty small so I barely believe it has enough power to cool down the room even instruction says it could works for room with 350 sq.ft. However, once I gave it a try I realized it works great! It totally cools down my study, and unlike other windows AC in my house that needs to be installed, you just need adjust the button to make the panel fit your windows, no struggling to push ac into your windows at all! And remote keeps me stay on my chair while I want to adjust the temperature. Its plug come with safety button and even the control UI looks neat! It really helps me went throught this summer to stay in my study and focus on my job. Thank you !

Title: Wi-Fi is good feature and easy app to use.
Review: The best feature on this unit is the Wi-Fi and phone app. It is difficult to empty the lower drain without spilling on carpet and doesn't feel like a 10K BTU AC. Air temp coming out is only 72 degrees. First one I ordered did not even come on so sent back to Amazon for replacement...no problem there. There are better units out there, just no Wi-Fi.

Title: I use this for my garage.
Review: This little AC does the job on warm days. I live in AZ and it cools off my 2 car garage just enough to comfortably workout out in it. On hot days it does not stand a chance. Considering my garage is not insulated but still does create a cool breeze near my workout station. So I gave it a good review.

Review: The unit is more "sleke" than a lot of other models. Slim and less heavy. I don't know why these companies don't assemble the 2 ends of the hose unit. It took me 45 minutes to get the ends in, and it tore one end so I had to cut a few rings of the hose off. The unit does a very nice job of cooling a room down, and I was very impressed by this. The issue I have, at least with my unit is that after 30 seconds of use it starts to have a very loud rattle/vibration sound coming from within. It sounds like a loose fan blade or something. I can hear it in another room. Hopefully it is just my unit as it is very annoying if it is in every unit. The control panel is on the top of the unit so if you want to see the termp to adjust it you have to be standing infront of it, as opposed to some other brands where the display is on the front of it allowing you to change temps from wherever you happen to be, and seeing it.If the "noise" is just my unit then I would recommend it.
