Title: WOW! SO IMPRESSED
Review: Wow, this new kitchen device has me speechless! Coming from a busy working mama of 2 young kids, this saves me so much time everyday. Less time I spend in the kitchen means more time I can spend with my family. I knew I wanted a pressure cooker and did so many reviews/research before buying the Ninja Smart Pressure Cooker. Pressure cookers have always intimated me which is why I never bought one but now kicking myself for not getting one sooner! I love to cook and it never bothered me to spend time in the kitchen but now I can still make a delicious meal and havemore time to relax at night.Pros:I really thank Ninja for creating an easy to read instruction manual. As a first time buyer of a pressure cooker I really needed a good manual to read over to learn how to use the device. I really liked it also came with a recipe book. I love that I can make a 3 course meal. I know some of the insta pots you can’t tier your food and I really like the option that I can. The air fryer is great and the 8 qt basket is big enough to make my kids their tenders/fries. I have not yet made a whole chicken but I’m really curious how the thermometer works. The last thing I really love is the multi function lid. That was a big selling point for me because I wanted a multi function unit but only wanted 1 lid. I don’t have a lot of storage and ninja blew the design out of the water. It’s so simple yet so functional to just slide the lever depending on if you want to pressure cook, air fry or steam.Cons:The cooker is very heavy and bulky. You won’t want to put this away and take it out every time you use it due to the weight. This isn’t really a con for me since I don’t mind leaving on my counter but for someone who doesn’t like things on their counter, it could be a con. The stainless part of the cooker like any stainless is hard to keep clean. It’s fingerprint galore but looks sharp when it’s clean!If you are a first time buyer or just wanting to upgrade, I’d definitely get this! If you have a big family just go ahead and get the 8 quart like I did. This is a very expensive machine but I do think it’s worth it! This unit basically replaced all my oven baked meals! Thank you ninja for creating an esthetically pleasing a yet easy to use cooker. Like all Ninja products, they never fail to disappoint.

Review: Wow, this is probably the best product that I've ever purchased on Amazon. It's completely changed my approach to cooking. I already own two pressure cookers and an air fryer, and this product replaces all three of them, plus can do even more. I'm surprised more people are more excited about this device - it's kind of a sleeper hit.Ninja bills this as a combination pressure cooker and air fryer, and while that's technically true, what really sets this apart from 99% of products on the market is that this is actually a combi-oven. A combi-oven is used in restaurants and commercial kitchens because it allows you to simultaneously cook with steam and convection. This makes food both tender and crispy. You can also cook multiple things at once. It's so easy to cook a whole meal in this, including a starch, vegetable, and protein, all with different flavor profiles. I've never been much of a baker, but cakes are also really easy and come out super moist. I've done tons of recipes, and almost always takes less than 30 minutes of cooking time, completely set-it and forget-it.You can cook literally ANYTHING in this device. Besides the steam crisp mode (which is what I primarily use it for), you can also braise with the pressure cooker mode, roast with the air fryer mode, sautee, proof dough, bake almost anything, make yogurt, dehydrate things, and even sous-vide! It has a built-in meat thermometer that's integrated with the device, so you can tell it to cook a steak or roast to a specific temperature, and then let it rest. It's replaced my pressure cookers, rice cooker, air fryer, stove top, and oven.Clean-up is also a snap. Unlike most pressure cookers, the main cooking pot is enamelized, so it's non-stick. The air fryer insert has a standard nonstick surface. The baskets for steaming are just stainless steel, but are easy enough to clean. Like other pressure cookers, it has a rubber gasket along the lid that I would recommend also cleaning regularly.What are the disadvantages? The convection fan is loud. It does vent steam. This last critique is a bit nitpicky, but the temperature and time settings are controlled by a touch screen. I would've preferred dials, because it can get annoying having to press it a bunch of times to get the exact settings you want.

Review: I waited several months before writing this review to see if I would continue to use it after the new toy feeling wore off. I still love it and use it multiple times every day!This baby is super easy to clean! It has a permanent place on my counter and I use it for everything from morning toast to reheating leftovers to cooking dinner. It replaced my toaster oven, my rice cooker, my slow cooker, my pressure cooker, my yogurt maker and my deep fryer.I love the steam crisp feature. It makes incredibly moist roasted meats and is great for baking bread.I rarely fry on the stove or use the oven because this baby does it all without supervision, without mess and with easy cleanup.
