Title: Great "everything you need" universal kit.
Review: It's a universal kit so it's not going to have everything you need since every car is different, but it does have almost everything you might need.The door lock actuators will work on most manual door locks, as long as you have a place to attach them to something solid (like the door skin). The alarm horn can be mounted anywhere it will fit (preferably outside of the vehicle). The receiver box fits nicely under the dash. So really it is an all inclusive kit when it comes to the basics.The actuators work well and are responsive. I only used two since I have a 70's model coupe I put them on, but it's nice to know I have two spares if I need them.The wiring was straightforward and they included enough wire to get the job done with a little to spare.Instructions aren't great, but they're not bad either. If you're doing a custom job there's a little bit of troubleshooting you have to expect to do.I did not wire in the alarm siren, as I just wanted the power door lock function, and for that it works flawlessly.Would recommend.

Title: It looks and sounds better than it actually is
Review: I probably should have had a good idea that this car alarm kit was not going to be as good as it sounded and looked. At just over $50, like most will say, you get what you pay for right? Not that this setup is all bad. It isn't all bad, at least not as long as you can actually get it successfully installed. That is the hardest part. I have attempted the install and setup a few times now, then quit after a couple hours, then losing all of my patience with it. I do plan to install this kit though, I am just going to take my time figuring it out lol. I try to step away from things once it passes a certain amount of time, and my patience starts to run low. I'm wondering if there might actually be a better use for this kit, other than as a car alarm, but I'm not quite sure yet. Time will tell. As of now, I can't recommend this product.

Title: Meh
Review: Didn't use this on a vehicle - using it for a homemade safe with electronic locks. Works for my application - not sure the actuators are powerful enough for some vehicle applications, but they work for my needs. Install wasn't the easiest - I ended up finding a youtube video that helped quite a bit. Overall not bad for the price.

Review: This kit is compact and has mist items that are needed for a start to a vehicle with little to no alarm items including door locks. Recommended for versatility.
