Title: Machine arrived, too dirty to handle.
Review: This machine arrived so dirty I did not want to touch anything. I had to use a towel and sanitizer/cleaning spray for electronics. The computer itself is black so you can't see the filth as easily as you can on the white keyboard and mouse. It shows a lack of care and concern regarding the equipment that is sold. I received the computer a day later than promised, but delays are something we deal with every day now. It seems to be working just fine. Had all cords and dongles, along with the dirty wireless mouse and keyboard. I was sad and disappointed that I had to clean everything before I could assemble and use it. I am happy with the size of the display. It is clear and the camera is great! I look forward to using it to it's fullest capabilities.

Title: They are NOT testing these machines. 2 machines in a row with issues out of the box
Review: These machines are not being tested. My last order of two units arrived with dirty, dusty internal components, dusty fans and dirty outside cases. Both machines have developed serious display issues within days of being deployed. I would rate at Zero stars however Amazon's minimum is 1.

Title: It's a great computer. Can't tell that it's not brand new but a much better price than new!
Review: Use it for work and personal things. It's lightning fast with intel I-7 processer. Ad it was delivered a week earlier than estimated. Glad I paid for two year Asurian service. They walked me thru the set-up perfectly!

Title: Good PC but no windows 11 loaded
Review: It's a very good PC. It's very fast, but after 3 hours of updates; I still don't have 11 loaded. Still waiting for the windows update to do it. Hopefully it works or I wasted money on a PC that's not serviced after another year or so.
