Title: Lovely for Gingerbread House Windows! Burned my finger though. Ouch!
Review: We used this for windows for our lighthouse in a gingerbread house competition. We are not experts but this was so easy to use and mold. We used the microwave method and it worked well. Just be careful! I wasnât too careful pouring the liquid into my mold and got a bad burn. My fault. Forgot how hot melted sugar can be. Ouch!

Review: I have never worked with isomalt before and this product was very easy and simple to use. I used it to make clear windows for my cookies. The came out nice and colorless. As expected there isn't really any flavor to it, and I tried a tiny bite of the finished sugar pane. The texture was a little tacky so not ao good for acrually eating. For decorativw purpose it was great.
