Title: Another great inexpensive Umidigi phone.
Review: The Umidigi A15T is a great inexpensive phone in its expense class.I have had several Umidigi phones in the past and I can say from my experience they continue to improve and provide a good value for people looking for reasonable price vs performance phones.I purchased the glacier blue color which is a light blue and it was received very quickly as usual. The phone specs that I am usually concerned with are listed at the end of the review if you want to see that level of details otherwise here is my impression of this phone.The phone is well packaged in a recycling conscious box which includes a gray tinted semi- transparent protective case for the phone, wall charger, charging cord, sim tool, and small paper manual covering the very basics of the phone. A plastic type screen protector is already on the phone screen so it will be protected until you get a glass one if you use them.The fingerprint reader is the right side power button and is easy to setup as well as fast to unlock phone unlike some of the in screen fingerprint readers of other phones. The phone can keep up with me when I am entering the 6 digit unlock pin number when required. (many other phones do not and I have to type in the pin number slowly for them to recognize all the numbers) I don't turn on face unlock so I cant comment on that feature.I found the MediaTek processor/CPU can keep up with my needs with no real lagging or pausing while using multiple apps and only slowing slightly while doing numerous app updates from the app store all at once. Scrolling pages and other common browser tasks are fluid. I don’t use this phone for games so that may produce a different result if you game on your phone.Screen is bright enough with good color and clarity, resolution is moderate and refresh is not noticeable so that's pretty nice. Screen does get a bit overtaken in direct sunlight as expected. The default home page app I didn't keep as I prefer Nova Launcher. The default home app shows the icons across multiple pages requiring swiping to the right and left. The search box is at the last page to the right kind of like an iPhone.The rear camera system is comprised of a 3 circle area that contains a 64Mp sensor binned down to 16Mp @ F1.8 for main camera, a 5MP Ultra-Wide Camera @ F/2.2, and a 2MP Macro Camera @ F/2.4. Photos from the main camera are better than some previous models, ultrawide and macro are as expected and are social media level of quality. The phone app has several modes and features.When taking a picture there is very little delay between pressing button and it taking the picture. Some of my other low cost phones had a long wait for the picture to actually be taken.Main camera video recording options are 4K,1080P, 720P, 480P; 30fps. I don't see the option to turn on or off image stabilization so will go with it doesn't have it.The front selfie or video conferencing camera is a 16MP @ F/2.2 and seems to work well for Zoom calls. If offers video recording at 720P, 480P ; 30fpsWifi stays connected around the house, shop and yard without issue.Bluetooth connects to my speakers, headphones and car. Acts as expected for Bluetooth.AT&T cellular data and VoLTE calling is working provided by a Red Pocket MNVO sim. I did have to set the APN information for Red Pocket as usual. It has been on Red Pocket ATT for about 2+ weeks and its still calling out via VoLTE. Phone does not seem to offer Voice calls over Wi-Fi (VoWIFI) for Red Pocket AT&T.T-Mobile cellular data and VoLTE calling is working as provided by T-Mobile post paid sim. I did not have to set the APN information for T-Mobile. Phone does offer Voice calls over Wifi for T-Mobile as the menu item is present and controllable when using the T-Mobile sim. Works well with T-Mobile in my area.Sound is very much a cell phone sound but the volume is good without heavy distortion. Call volume for speaker phone and handheld calls is loud and clear enough for the normal environments I use a phone in. If you are in a very noisy environment expect to have to actively listen.Still has a standard 3.5mm headphone jack so that's a plus.The specs are reasonable for the cost of the phone and include:Android 13 March 5 2024 security updates. Umidigi has improved over time at providing security updates but don’t expect Android version updates and other improvements as they are typically not provided.8GB Ram with the option to increase the available memory by utilizing storage space as operating memory. I appreciate the option is available but find 8GB is perfectly acceptable for my needs as a daily use smart phone.128GB Storage memory for storage of apps, pictures and all sorts of other data.The 128GB of storage can be increased in size with the addition of a micro sd card if needed and I tried a 64GB SanDisk that worked easily.CPU is a MediaTek G95 which is listed as a gaming level octa core processor by MediaTek.6.7” HD+ Full View Display, Resolution: 1650 × 720, Aspect Ratio: 20.6:9, Brightness: 500 nit (typ), and Contrast Ratio: 1500:1. Screen has slightly larger icons and text which works well for me. If you want to have lots of little icons packed in a small screen space then you cant do that with the default home app. The screen has better color and clarity than the A15C but had to have them side by side to notice it.

Title: A bargain for the specs and price
Review: Design: In addition to the usual power and volume buttons on the right side, there is a customizable hot key on the left side. You can choose what action you would like for a long press or a double press. Or, if you don't want to use the hot key, you can have it do nothing. Convenient if you have a program or two that you "always" use. The screen is nice and big, and has very little bezel. Thankfully no curved glass at the edges so no mis-touches when trying to play games. Has a decently large battery but is not heavy. While that indicates the use of a lot of plastic instead of metal in the frame, I actually prefer a lighter phone to a more-durable but much heavier phone. Uses USB-C for charging, and there is a standard headphone port!!!Included extras: There is an attached screen protector and a decent protective case included in the box. The case has small lips that protects the camera and screen when you lay the phone down.Camera: Gobs of megapixels but whatever, the most important thing to me is that photos come out very well (to me, a casual user), from close-ups to low-light indoor shots to brightly-lit outdoor shots (sample photos attached).Performance: With 8 GB of ram and a decent mid-range processor, I have not had any slowdowns, freezing, or stuttering as I play Royal Match and browse web pages. You can use two compatible SIM cards, or one SIM card and one micro SD card to add storage space (but the 128 GB of built-in storage space is more than enough for me). There is great LTE reception and speed. Not 5G but then a 5G capable phone at this price point would probably have an inferior processor, less ram, and/or less storage space. There is NFC that works properly, too. Battery life was not good on the first charge but improved notably on the second. Now, I get a full day with just over 40% left in the evening.Overall: Highly recommended as long as you don't need 5G coverage.

Title: Good Budget Phone
Review: For the price, this is a pretty decent phone. It's very light in the hands and looks more premium than the price I paid for it. I got the purple color and it's beautiful. In looks, it does look reminiscent of the iPhone though. The processor is fast and it takes gorgeous pics. So far, I don't have any complaints with it, but we'll see how it holds up with the test of time. I'd definitely recommend this to someone looking for a good, functional, affordable phone for everyday tasks.

Review: I recently purchased the Umidigi A15T on Amazon.ca directly from the authorized dealer, and I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The phone's speed is excellent, handling multiple apps and tasks with ease. The 6.7-inch screen is bright and clear, offering vibrant colors and sharp visuals that make browsing and watching videos a pleasure. It's also plenty big so thr screen doesn't have much eye strain.With 8GB + 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, the A15T provides ample space for all my apps, photos, and files, and it runs smoothly without any lag. The camera quality is surprisingly good 64MP and for this price range, capturing detailed and vibrant photos even in less-than-ideal lighting conditions.Overall, the Umidigi A15T offers great value for money, combining solid performance, a great display, and a high-quality camera. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable yet capable mid range smartphone!

Review: This is. Budget phone that appears to punch well above what you would expect for it's price point. The 6.7" screen is clear and bright although legibility is slightly difficult in direct sunlight, although not enough to be illegible due to the large screen.Included is a case, charger (not always a given these days), SIM removal tool and a USB C cable. The case is of good quality and should be more than up to protecting the phone from scratches and the odd drop.The design of the phone is understated, with minimal bezels on the front with a teardrop for the camera. The back reminds me of an iPhone for better or worse, with a triangular camera arrangement. Speaking of the cameras they are good for the price but understandably fall short of the flagships, the zoom was particularly impressive given the lack of telephoto although the macro camera was of middling quality.Charging isn't especially fast, but is standard on budget phones. The 5000mAh battery easily keeps the phone going for a day or two depending how heavily you use it and the phone always felt nippy enough, although I never tried any demanding games. The fingerprint sensor also works as expected and is quick to unlock the phone.Overall I've come away very impressed with this budget phone, it has everything you need including a big screen, good battery life, NFC, and decent cameras. You can get improvements in the screen, charging speed and cameras with mid range or flagship options but those often cost at least 4x times the price of the A15T so this is a right bargain at £139.99 (at the time of review, a £14 voucher was also available making this am even bigger deal).

Review: Es un teléfono que comprado en oferta bastante por debajo de 200€ como a mí cumple de forma excelente, me ha sorprendido gratamente que lleve un helio g95, un procesador muy contrastado en esta gama con 400.00 puntos Antutu, que es lo que se busca por este precio, rendimiento y fluidez, lo cual es ayudado en buena parte por 8GB RAM LPDDR4X, me alegra que no ratearan a 3 o 4 como el resto de marcas asiáticas... buena cantidad de memoria rom que es ampliable por SD. Bluetooth y Wifi 5G, dual sim, jack 3.5, radio y salida tipo c. Donde flojea? pues en pantalla y cámara que son de nivel 100€ y me gustaría que mejorara. Es resumen, es un teléfono para el dia dia sin preocupaciones de lentitud ni mala señal al que le puedes almacenar bastante, en mi caso junto a un DAC me servirá también como reproductor de música desde la SD

Review: Une fois de plus, UMIDIGI propose avec ce nouveau A15T un téléphone homogène, une bonne prise en main, un poids contenu et une finition qualitative.Comme à son habitude, la marque livre avec l'appareil, un chargeur et son câble, une coque de protection et un film écran pré-appliqué, ce qu'aucune marque haut de gamme ne propose de série aujourd'hui.Le téléphone offre une bonne puissance (CPU/RAM) pour un usage au quotidien, le système est fluide et les applications réactives. L'écran est de bonne facture et sa résolution est suffisante.Les caméras permettent d'obtenir de belles photos/vidéos et l'espace de stockage est confortable.ANDROID 13 stock sans surcouche est le bienvenu et le NFC est un plus.Pour un modèle entrée/milieu de gamme, son rapport prix/prestations/qualité est excellent.Ces appréciations sont personnelles et fonction de mes besoins propres.Je précise cependant que j'aurais aimé une luminosité plus importante de l'écran, peu visible en extérieur ensoleillé... La technologie AMOLED serait la bienvenue !Pour un usage courant, je recommande vivement ce smartphone 😉
