Title: Great watch
Review: I bought this watch to monitor my health and exercise (walking), I didn't use the phone features.I have had the watch for a week now and have been testing it for accuracy.I was very impressed by the results, the heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen level readings were very good. I compared them to a regular blood pressure machine and to a finger monitor for blood oxygen levels. The heart rate I compared to my older Samsung watch and it was pretty accurate as well.I was surprised after testing it every day it really seems to be consistently accurate, who would have guessed for a $30 some dollar watch. The sleep monitor feature also works well and the phone app is very easy to use and understand with lots of info. The battery has lasted a full week, that is with the screen off.The watch is light weight and has a very thin soft rubber band that is comfortable to wear while sleeping.The watch is also easy to see even in strong sunlight.I would recommend this watch and have no regrets, especially for such a low price.

Title: Great watch!
Review: I really like this watch! It was great price, and is very functional for what I need. I've had no problems yet. The battery stays charged for a long time. I don't have it connected to my phone, as I prefer my phone calls to stay on my phone and not on the watch. I do keep it on low power mode. It was definitely worth the money I paid!! it's so easy to use and there's no learning curve. I also love the customizable faces of the watch!

Title: Accurate measuring of health metrics
Review: This watch claims to do alot but actually does very little and the instruction booklet is very lite on "instructions" so I had to figure things out on my own.Secondly it does not accurately measure heart rate, steps, BP, and sleep. It claims to measure sleep stages which it does but the results are questionable and it does not show "time awake" while it does show time in the other stages. Most importantly it does not show nor record my metrics during and after exercise.However the Bluetooth connection with my phone works very well in that I can receive and make calls from the watch as well as listen to music, news, etc. from the apps on my phone.Sort of worth the 28 bucks I spent on it but I'd rather spend the $200+ on a real "smart watch"

Title: Not Good for Sleep Tracking
Review: The main reason I got this watch was to track my sleep and have an alarm that won't wake my wife. The alarm is great but the sleep tracking is terrible. Last night, I slept about 7 and a half hours and it says I was only asleep for 23 minutes. I understand that these things aren't super accurate and you get what you pay for but that is waaaayy off.Also, it's extremely slow at counting steps and sometimes takes over an hour to update. I will say that the blood pressure and sp02 features seem to work well so those keep me from giving it less stars.Overall, I think it's smart to spend a little more and get something more reliable than this.

Title: I really love it but...
Review: For the price the features are amazing! I love everything about it. I only wish there was a decent screen protector for it, and another option for a band. I'm allergic to this one so I have to take it off frequently. I'd like to wear it full-time but it irritates my skin. The battery life is good. It seems pretty accurate. It's user friendly. I feel it was a great affordable upgrade from my fitbit.
