Why Salmon?
Salmon and other fatty fish (including herring, mackerel, and tuna) are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help boost your body’s inflammation-fighting ability. Salmon is deliciously accented with greens and citrus fruits, so it’s easy to make an anti-inflammatory meal with this superstar ingredient.

Title: So easy to understand and follow!
Review: Iâve read several books on this topic. This is the best, at least for me. It explains how we (I) got into this mess and easy steps to get my body back!Thereâs a list of what to avoid, and 15 foods you can easily add/increase in your diet. Recipes too, but the lists are the easiest way to approach the problem.I have recommended in FB groups. Thanks so much!!

Title: A Good Introduction
Review: This book provides a good introduction to anti-inflammatory foods and recipes, but I am a little disappointed by a few things, most notably bothered by the fact that some of the recipes use sugar, brown sugar, or powdered sugar. I know dessert is meant to be enjoyed in moderation, but sugar contributes to inflammation and I did not expect to see it in a book about anti-inflammatory dieting and recipes. The author did touch on this at the beginning of the book, I just really wish I would have known before buying it. I really needed a 100% "clean" cookbook and this does not fit my needs. That said, it comes pretty darn close. I can make substitutions as needed. I think this would be a good gift to someone who is experiencing health issues rooted in or aggravated by inflammation who doesn't know where to start.

Title: EASY and Effective!!
Review: Love this book! I looked at numerous books before purchasing to make sure that I did not have to go out and buy all those very expensive items you normally see on inflammation and whole foods style cookbooks. I suffer painful inflammation and I am so happy that many of these recipes are basic and healthy ingredients that you can easily find and/or have already. I like that I don't have to worry about knowing if what I am making is good for my inflammation and I can vary the ingredients. The recipes taste great - The smoothies are really great too!! Can't stress enough how EASY this book is to work with so I am genuinely confused by the person that wrote that it was not. I honestly have never used a cookbook as much as I have this one. THANK YOU! I promise that I am unbiased customer with no relation or agenda for writing this other than to offer my opinion and appreciation to help someone make a choice on this book.

Title: Good. Not amazing.
Review: Good info throughout. There's some good recipes and useful ideas in here. I think it's good for the price, but you might need to tweak the recipes to make them more yummy. We will continue referring to this book, but it's not going to be our favorite.
