Title: Not worth it
Review: 1st - too expensive for what you get. Outrageous. But I was willing to try anything once.2nd - even with the 1st night this was so uncomfortable. Your tongue is pulled so far forward that your bottom teeth press against the bottom of your tongue so much that it feels like your teeth are cutting through your tongue.3rd - the suction on your tongue is lost within a matter of 30mins. You have to keep getting up and drying off the mouthpiece in order to try to get suction again. You can not sleep through the night like this.After just one night of wearing the mouthpiece as is told in the instructions, my tongue was so sore the next day that it hurt to eat anything.Dont waste your time or money on this item.

Title: THE PIECE DIDN'T WORK FOR ME, BUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Review: I was really hoping it would work and haven't totally given up.The mouthpiece was easy to install (pinch the cavity and let the tongue get sucked up) to pull the tongue forward. Unfortunately, after two hours of sleeping wake up with a pinch of my tongue or chewing on my teeth. I found that wearing my nightguard helped.I explained to the Good Morning Snore folks that for personal reasons my wife had to leave the country and I didn't have anyone to tell me if the snoring stopped. She returned and then had to leave again and they totally worked with me as the trial period ended and they gave me another month and then some.My money was reimbursed without question.I'm sure this mouthpiece will work for some.

Title: Very uncomfortable on your tongue and mouth
Review: I tried to make this product work but simply could not tolerate it. While the idea is novel and theoretically should work, it misses when it comes to holding your tongue out properly. Despite even max suction my tongue would eventually slip out. In addition, it put negative pressure on my tongue creating a weird tingling sensation. When it wasn’t doing this, my saliva was being mass produced due to the object choking me in my own saliva at times. Was not a pleasant experience. On top of that, this expensive piece of plastic is non refundable. Buyer beware

Title: Great Customer Service; Gave me a full refund
Review: So this device really didn't work for me. I just couldn't stand it. It basically locks your tongue forward by using suction in a bulb that sits between your front teeth. It's a very wierd thing to have in your mouth and it's difficult to get on and off. As someone who tends to clench their teeth, that just didn't work. The device is a simple flexible plastic/rubber thing. Not going to lie, it seems way overpriced for what it is.The good news is that I sent them an email and they gave me a complete refund in less than 24 hours. That's what saved them from getting a 1-star review.

Title: Works Better Than My $6000 dollar Oral Appliance from the Dentist!
Review: This simple appliance is more comfortable and more effective than the two other custom made oral appliances I purchased from the Dentist for over $6000 dollars. My sleep apnea occurs because my tongue falls back into my throat while sleeping. The dental oral appliances pulls the chin forward to prevent the tongue from falling back. They work fine but cause pain to the jaw and move your teeth by pushing them back. I had to get braces to correct my teeth misalignment after using my first oral appliance. Then I had to purchase a very expensive oral appliance that could accommodate wearing braces. The second oral appliance was even larger and more uncomfortable. The Good Morning Snore Solution mouthpiece is comfortable, fits nicely over my braces aligner retainer, and prevents my tongue from falling back, allowing me to breathe and sleep. I first bought the adult size that was a bit too large and irritated my gums a bit, but then I purchased this smaller Teen/Youth/small adult size and it is perfect! I highly recommend this product. It works well and is a great price. I wish I would have found this sooner. I could have saved thousands of dollars.
