Title: Pretty decent for the price
Review: This part of the review is written by my cat:I love dad's endoscope because it allows him to find my toys when I put them under the refrigerator or his coffee bar. The lighted end is pretty good at illuminating dark places and sometimes it is a fun toy itself! The camera's image quality is decent for the price dad paid in his silly human money. The semi-rigid wire makes it easy for the endoscope to reach the back of the fridge where I sometimes hide my toys after giving them a really good swat!Thanks kitty. This is her dad typing now. The smartphone app for this is a little janky but workable for what needs to be done (view video from the endoscope). The interchangeable tips for the scope are a nice touch but I have not had to use them yet. I think the magnet end would be most useful for something that's actually magnetic... the hook end is a very small hook and precise control of the endoscope starts to become difficult the longer you're reaching. The semi-rigid cable does make it easier to reach far underneath something without much deviation. The light is a nice touch and fairly bright considering you're probably scoping into dark, confined places.

Title: Awesome tool - serves many uses around the house and workshop
Review: I had always wanted an endoscope or borescope but did not want to spend a lot of money on one, there are some very expensive models out there. I found this one which was very reasonably priced and I am impressed with it. It is very simple to use and set up, works very readily with my iPhone. I used it to inspect my wood stove liner and also needed it to see some hard to reach areas on tractor. Great tool with great quality and a very easy price. I highly recommend.

Title: Adapter breaks easily
Review: The camera was working fine for a while, until the cheap lightning adapter broke off due the weight of the cord pressing down on it while it was plugged in and I was holding it. The connection is also not very secure, so the video would disconnect from time to time.Since the adapter broke, I have *not* been able to find a new one that works yet. You might think these adapters are easy to find and only cost a five dollars or so - wrong. Almost none of the lightning adapters on the market actually support camera accessories. The few that claim to support data transfer and OTG have majority of reviews stating it actually doesn't work for that. Then there are the ones titled "USB-C to lightning adapter," which are actually Lightning to USB-C (the reverse of what you need).So if this little adapter breaks, you're pretty much out of luck. If you're an iphone user, I would recommend finding a lightning native endoscope, rather than one that requires an adapter because you'll spend weeks buying and ordering incompatible kinds like me. The seller does not make his/her contact info to request any replacements.
