Title: Apple Cinnamon Pancakes!
Review: Make the recipe that comes with this pan. You will not regret it. They are FANTASTIC! Be sure to use a nonstick spray that contains flour. If you use regular nonstick spray your pan will develop a sticky residue and you won’t be able to get your next batch of cakes out of the pan. Baker’s Joy or Pam for Baking both work great. This pan is cast aluminum (heavy!) and will last for generations with minimal care.
