Title: Delicious and easy, my freezer is full
Review: The Sweet Potato Chili is so good! Making hard boiled eggs is snap and I make a batch of quinoa and freeze it flat in a gallon silicone ziptop bag to break off a bit and add to salads, etc. anytime. My friend bought this cookbook after we made this chili together at my house. I also make and freeze individual portions of the barley vegetable soup; and the Mexican rice and bean mixture for a quick and delicious healthy burrito or add to a salad. I borrowed it from the library first but then had to buy it!

Title: The recipes sound fabulous
Review: My daughter has recently gone gluten-free due to several autoimmune illnesses. I am also gluten-free with auto immune disease. I do keto. Some of the recipes are keto or would be easy to adapt. So far the only thing I have a question about is they call for soy. I am under doctors orders not to eat it as I understand it is inflammatory. They also say tomatoes and potatoes are nightshade yet a couple recipes call for them. Those recipes would be perfect for my daughter to take to work at least some of them. Eager to try all those summer too much carb for my taste. I have lost over 100 pounds eating keto

Title: Thumbs up!
Review: Good for someone new to instapot. Good recipes! I found that the sautés directions are on point but I have to let the pressure cooker part go alittle longer than the book says.

Title: Easy to follow, Tasty Recipes
Review: I am not into dramatic changes to my diet. I found many of the recipes easy to integrate into my cooking routine while shifting my diet to a new emphasis on healthier foods. It gave me healthy foods I wanted to cook, without me feeling like I was depriving myself. It also helped me to adapt to using an Instant Pot! Love it.

Title: Not the best recipes
Review: We were really looking forward to having an anti-inflammatory instant pot cookbook, but these recipes seriously lack any real flavor. We've tried a few so far, and have only found 1 that we actually liked that didn't need a bunch of seasoning doctoring. Sadly looking through it now, we notice the one thing that seems to be missing from most of the recipes is flavor. Which is ironic, because one of the great side things about this diet is supposed to be seasonings. Thankfully it was on sale...

Title: Good cookbook
Review: I had an instant pot for 2 years and never used it. Then my husband had most major food groups taken out of his diet and a friend bought me this book. Now while the recipes arenât the best Iâve ever made, they are good with flavor and super easy with the instant pot. That is why Iâm giving it 5 stars. It is a good cookbook and helps us eat within my husbandâs dietary restrictions.

Title: Great compilation of recipes for the instant pot that aligns with AIP diets
Review: I found quite a few recipes in this book that are both delicious and AIP compliant. Having recipes specifically for the IP is also very helpful when living with an autoimmune disease. I would highly recommend this book and bought a second copy for a friend.

Review: I've been impatiently waiting for this cookbook as I love my InstantPot. The book arrived and I was very dissatisfied as many inflammatory ingredients that I react poorly to are inside, e.g. erythritol, stevia, worcestershire sauce, jalepeno pepper and hot sauce (both nightshades). Yet the book says they are 'whole-food dishes'. If you want receipts for the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol, recipes are not compliant.

Review: I was very excited to get this book. I've been using my instant pot for 5 years and loving it so wanted to look into healthy recipes. The book has a good variety of recipes. explanations are clear but lacking information. There is no information on possible ingredient replacements, and a huge variety of "difficult" to get ingredients are used. Like 5 different sweeteners for example, and no suggestion on how to replace them. Also, the book lacks information regarding storage or freezing the recipes, since most recipes are for more than 6 portions, this would have been extremely useful.I will be using the book and finding my way around with the replacements and storage, but I was looking forward to a simple, step by step book to save me time, not the case for me.
