Title: Very Useful product but takes a minute to learn
Review: Pros:-Build Quality-Portable-Many Different API available right out of the box. (No need to pay for extra API integration anymore you get all for free so disregard the other bad review)-Useful for all types of content creation-Integration for internet browsers and Windows functionsCons:-Software is not very user friendly (not awful but could use some work)-Different profiles load automatically so you need to lock the ones you need.Build quality is nice, the tactile feedback in the touch screen buttons is great. Overall layout is fantastic. Software could be a little more user-friendly but I understand its difficult due to how much the loupedeck can do. Customization for buttons etc has a long way to go. Nothing I really hate about it however for the twitch and Spotify integration I had to login to my account in two different locations which is strange. In the profile and the software. The price point is more expensive than the competition (streamdeck) but I feel the loupedeck offers more functionality specially now that all the api integration with come with it for ever. Api integration of many creative apps. As a streamer its import to make content on many platforms. I love the dial knobs that are a perfect fit to control audio (just wish there was a way to create virtual audio inputs for better mapping)Needs More customization of the screens. Let us use gifs, animations etc. The ability to have one big picture cover all the buttons at once. Different icons etc. Either the integration for windows to control any audio source or simply a way to add virtual audio inputs to route to specific applications would make the loupedeck shine above the competition (streamdeck)

Title: As of April 2021, setting up this product takes a lot of work.
Review: I saw this product and chose it over the StreamDeck because I wanted the dials and round buttons on the bottom.The dials work like dials, but no matter what page/workspace the screen buttons show, the buttons on the bottom never change. That's exactly what I wanted.As far as how it works, it works fine. I had a little trouble with it at first, but restarting my PC (which fixes a lot of issues on any system) fixed some mildly glitchy behavior. It looks and behaves just as expected; I push buttons, and things happen.But what I wasn't expecting was the amount of effort setting up the pages takes.As a former StreamDeck user (through their Mobile App which is a much cheaper way to get started than buying the actual device), I was accustomed to being able to copy/paste buttons I wanted to move from one workspace to another. With LoupeDeck, there are currently no copy/paste features.Another thing is that it's pretty new/not popular. I assume this, without research, because searching Google for information is remarkably useless.I wanted to use LoupeDeck to write text to a file like I did with StreamDeck. On StreamDeck, I used Google to find a plugin that writes text directly to a file. On LoupeDeck, I used Google to no avail on how to get LoupeDeck to do similar, then used Google to learn how to write text with a Batch file, and then used LoupeDeck to launch the Batch file. Same results, but drastically different amounts of effort. Especially since I need a new Batch file for every piece of text I want to write.I was also unable to find any way to add plugins to LoupeDeck to increase its functionality.I've had several questions about LoupeDeck and its abilities, but searching for answers has been largely unhelpful, and so I leave this parting statement;If you're already used to StreamDeck's flexibility and you choose to switch to LoupeDeck like I did, there will be some learning to do, and you might not be able to do everything you wanted.

Review: Amazingly useful, great value for price and it is so intuitive that it makes your workflow super efficient. I am super happy I bought it earlier than I had anticipated and I did not wait longer as I had originally planned, thinking I could go without it for a little longer. Little did I know that once I started using it, it would reduce my work time to a third or less than what it took before to edit videos and pictures!This little tool had made me multiply my earnings as a professional photographer and videographer by spending less time editing and more time taking pictures and getting new customers!Easy to install and easy to use. If you are thinking about buying it, don't think about it too long! The longer you take to buy it the more money you will lose by not being efficient in your productivity!

Review: I've had the much larger Loupedeck Plus that I use for Lightroom and like very much. I then bought a Loupedeck CT to use on another computer for a mixture of video and photo editing. Now I've bought the Loupedeck Live to use on my laptop while editing on the road. In hindsight, it would have been less expensive to get a crack addiction.The Loupedeck Live is an awesome bit of kit (like all other Loupedeck) that helps shave time off of repetitive tasks. Sure, it's great at editing video and photos. But if you go beyond that, you can have it past text that you need to continually write, run macros to perform complex sequences that saves lots of time.I also use it to open folders that are nested within many other folders, for example - Client Name > Year > Month. Then I have another button setup to create and name multiple folders (pictures, video, drone, 360, deliverables). Doing this for multiple clients each day would take many minutes, which adds up to hours every month, year.The Loupedeck Live is well made and well designed! It might also suit a lot of people over the CT if you use the touch screen, but don't need the wheel or the extra buttons.People complain about the flimsy stand, but I've actually put it on my CT (it fits both) and it's really improved the usability of it. I probably won't use it on the live as I'll be using that in cafe's etc, and couldn't be bothered to constantly take it on and off.I highly recommend this device if you value time!

Review: I'm probably not the typical user of a Loupedeck. I bought the Loupedeck about four months ago because it is configurable to whatever you want. It has the functionality that I could define a function or macro for each program I use for the desired buttons, dials etc. OK, I had to spent some time looking up the shortcuts and program them, but now I have all the shortcut available at my fingertips. This is such an improvement to quickly activate something in the programs i use, like start a new document or something else. It feels that some people are making an unfair comparison between doing something through your mouse or looking up the shortcut and programming it in Loupedeck. It takes a little time, but now you can work much faster.It is not clearly stated at the website, but you can program macros for every program you want, which can replicates everything you normally do in a program. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to do this, only a few clicks and you are ready to go.I’m glad I bought the Loupedeck because it makes working with a computer much easier and less intense on using your mouse all day long.
