Title: A perfect fit in my sandals
Review: This item is just what I was looking for to put in some sandals I had bought. It gave me the arch support I needed without looking weird.The pack came with three colors (cream, clear, and black) so the black pair was perfect for the job. I was able to adjust the location of the arch pad as I liked before sticking it permanently onto my sandal.The sandals were so comfy the first time I wore the sandals with the inserts on. It was as if the inserts were part of the sandal originally. The fit was perfect for my feet. I am very happy I found these!

Title: Too High an arch for me
Review: The idea is great. The product stuck well, but it was almost too much arch for me. I was trying to use these in flip flops, but my feet, legs and back began to ache. After several days I needed to remove them. They came off without leaving residue.

Title: Finally, a Perfect Fit!
Review: I’ve been using these inserts for years now. I cannot say enough about their perfect size (for me) and durability. I have moved the gummy ones into four different pairs of tennis shoes. The stickiness may have worn off, but they still stay in place under the insole. I appreciate that I can position them in the shoe where I need them. They offer the right amount of arch support for my women’s size 9 wide foot. My only request is that they could be purchased separately. I only need an arch support for my left foot. I don’t know what to do with all of these right foot supports.

Title: Really hard
Review: They feel squishy in the hands, but they feel very hard in shoes. I’m sure it’s excellent arch support, but not super comfortable at first. My feet get used to them by the end of the day. They stick really well, even after adjusting. I will continue to use them, but probably wouldn’t purchase them again.

Title: What I've been looking for
Review: These are exactly what I've been looking for. I have plantar fasciitis and have high arches so I need a high arch support to get any relief. I've tried several different shoe inserts (including the custom ones) and they either never came close or the arch support didn't hold up. I stuck one of these on my custom orthotics and I finally have the arch support I need. Time will tell how they hold up but so far they've been the only thing that have given me any relief.

Title: The dont stay put.
Review: Very Comfortable. I just have to position them every time I put on my shoes and make sure they dont fall out and get lost when i take them off because they absolutely don't stick for anything.

Title: Too high for my feet
Review: I've started getting a bunion and was told that arch support shoes can help with that. Unfortunately the arch is too thick on these and hurt my feet even more. For someone with higher arches they'd probably be great. They stick well to shoes and clean easily.
