Title: Great book with wealth of knowledge
Review: I received this book three days ago. To be honest, at first feel, the book seems thin and I wasn't expecting too much out of it. But actually this is a great read, full of knowledge. So far I am half way through. There are stuffs that I learned from this book are highly consistent with my research, for example how to contact laundromat supplier to find the lead, so I know author was telling from his own experience.

Title: Excellent information, but shouldn't have skimped on an editor
Review: I was thoroughly impressed by Mr. Lombardi's simple, matter-of-fact manner in explaining the ins and outs of the coin laundry business. I would heartily recommend this book to someone getting started in the business, for it would allow one to avoid many of the mistakes the typical "go-it-alone" entrepreneur makes. Excellent analysis without the fluff. 120-odd pages and a very easy read. You could get through it in an hour, but it's meant to be used and considered as you read. The only thing I could find to complain about this book is the tremendous amount of spelling errors that any remotely competent editor would have picked up on and corrected, as they usually do for the thousands of spelling-impaired but talented authors out there. Most of these errors are the type that a word processing program won't pick up on: "verses" instead of "versus" (p. 10), "in vein" instead of "in vain" (p.11), etc. This seems a small point in the big picture, and it is, but it conveys a sense of amateurism that is belied by the content of the book itself. I worry that some may lose the forest in the trees, missing the excellent message of the book by being caught up in the errors. That aside, a wonderful, usable treatise on how to get into this profitable industry.

Title: An amazing read to consider in order to make a good decision.
Review: I am doing research to know weather buying a Laundromat will be a good business for me. This is the very first book I buy and I think that this is a great book to help you with your decision making. It is full of great advise that I do find its highly valuable. Despite that I have not read more yet, it was a great start for me since I am not even sure yet if this is what I want to do. I am a mother of 3 kids under 5 and in my mind a Laundromat was like a dream business with little to no much involvement. I have a long road ahead of me with my decision making but I still think that this book was a great opener for me and my husband while making the decision. Thank you Jason for taking the time to put this together.

Title: Concise, Factual, and Practical
Review: This book is well written and I found it to be helpful. It includes plenty of numbers and details while including interesting first hand lessons. I wish it was a bit longer, but I also appreciate it being concise. I would recommend this book

Title: A MUST HAVE!!
Review: This book shows almost everything you need to know about starting a laundromat. I wish it was more in depth with insurance (machine repair and business insurance) but I still recommend that you buy this book if you are just starting out. This book personally gave me a reality check, and open my eyes to the nature of the business. When I was done reading it (1 day) I began to question if I really want to open laundromat (my answer is still yes) But if a book makes you think about your next big move, I suggest you read it (maybe 2x) I will read this book right before my purchase. This book is a little expensive, but if you are determined for financial freedom, it would be worth the investment! On another note, this book is better then "Start Your Own Coin-Operated Laundry"

Title: Well done Jason!
Review: I am considering the purchase of my first laundromat and I have been reading everything I can that is free and at a cost. Your book Jason has been the best source of level headed advice and tips I have come across. I especially appreciated the spreadsheet examples. From the reviews of your book I note that there is a cost if I want to benefit from your hard work developing them. I have developed my own spread sheets before and know a person can spend a lot of time on them. I would happily pay you for the effort and considerable amount of thought and detail you seem to have put into them. No one book like these can be the end all, be all and the reader would do themselves a disservice thinking so. But, well done Jason!

Review: Very informative, nicely organized, well written. I found this book to be a great source of information on evaluating a landromat for purchase. Easy to understand, with sufficient depth of knowledge on how a coin operated laundry is run. Loved this purchase. Well worth the price. I would recommend this book to anyone thinking of buying a running coin laundry. It does not cover establishing a new laundromat from scratch.
