Review: This ball is perfect for deep massage of my feet. Very relaxing!I wear socks to massage the top of my feet - just for a little cushion.I doubt this will ever wear out - very durable. The chew-crazy dog could do some damage so I am careful to put it in a drawer when massage is complete.

Review: Item was smaller than I thought it would be. But to be fair I never looked up the size. I think it works well except the logo molded portion of the ball can feel more painful if your feet are sore. Overall I think this ball helps with foot pain. And it's affordable.

Review: Got this and a few other items along with stretches and exercises to help with a plantars fasciitis flare up. It is sturdy and a good smaller size to focus in on the parts of the foot I need it. It's easy to have it near the couch when I'm watching t.v. and can get some massaging in.

Review: I used this ball to relieve tenderness in my heels due to plantar fasciitis. After a few days of using it, I didn't see much difference. I am not sure of its function, or perhaps I just don't use it correctly. The ball is hard, so one can put as much pressure on it as possible with direct body weight. Of course, the more pressure applied, the more painful it will feel to the foot.
