Review: Great book - I've recently been having regular vegetable deliveries (different every time according to what is available) and needed some ideas of original ways to use them. This book has loads of ideas - some of the recipes have American ingredients but you can easily find UK equivalents/substitutions. Really pleased with my purchase -thank you!
