I was a 68 Whiskey - a combat medic. So when I hear someone shout "MEDIC!", training just kicks in. It's automatic, immediate. I don't think I even saw the guy whose leg I tended to, not really. Title: Funny and Sexy!
Review: I was a bit apprehensive to start this - being that it was the second in a series (can be read as a stand alone) and that there were a few reviews where people didn’t like it. I do tend to read reviews before I start a book - I don’t honestly know why I do - but, I gave it a try. I love this author and knew I wouldn’t be let down! Nope. Not at all. It was fun, hilarious, sexy, interesting and I could t put it down!!!The flow was perfect - not slow and not fast. Just right! I felt everything tied up nicely at the end. Can’t wait to read the first book and the third!

Title: slippery sweet! Both Mara and Zane have been in combat ...
Review: When Zane and Mara meet it is instant chemistry. He's hot, sexy and melted butter, slippery sweet! Both Mara and Zane have been in combat zones and seen horrible things. She trained as a medic and him as a Navy Seal. Zane initially is injured during his brother's wedding and Mara rushes in to help him. The two dive into or should I say jump in feet first into a heated sexual relationship, but to both of them it is instantly more. The two have been hit by a lightening bolt and fall head over heals in love at first sight.The situation scares the hell out of Mara and she backpedals as fast and hard as she can, but the current has already sucked her in and she is unable to pull away from the undertow of his consuming love for her. Zane has this amazing character and his kind, stable and true love for her ultimately will win out in the end as it should.The way the story is written is compelling, sexy, steamy, and romantic in every good way it can be. I highly recommend reading this entire series. I know I will be anxiously awaiting the next book in the series and every book after. I simply could not get enough of the Badd Brothers and their romantic, tender and sweet men who are all alpha males with stellar hearts! Read this, you won't regret it.

Title: A whirlwind of Badd
Review: I loved this story..so much..and I loved Zane..but Mara, she is my new best friend ;)I have to say that in the first book I wasn’t exactly made about Zane, even tho e redeemed himself lol, but in his story I fell hopelessly in love with him. He might not be the easiest man but with Mara he was so attentive and so freaking hot. He was fun and he showed he had a tender side not many witnessed. Plus, that body..fanning myself here.Mara is strong and tenacious and funny and quirky, especially when coupled with her best friend, Claire.Zane and Mara's story is a whirlwind romance, well it started out different if you know what I mean, but the easy relationship and the chemistry off the chart, plus the way they shared things...feelings developed and things got heated fast.The more I read about the Badd brothers the more I want..and I loved that there was a story into the story.I can't freaking wait for Brock's story!

Review: This entertaining read has been on my TBR for a while. The Badd Brothers are new to me, but I have been curious about them since picking up the books when they were on sale.I liked Zane and Mara, along with his brothers and her friend that made up the primary secondary cast. I also found the premise of the story interesting.If it's an entertaining read with likeable characters, then why is it an average read?Mainly because as much as I liked the characters, I had a hard time connecting with them. Mara and Zane are both veterans, but both have other baggage too. As they were getting to know each other, there was one particular scene that just stuck out for me as not really fitting, the emotional data dump of the converation seemed to be meant to establish the parameters for the couple, and while that was accomplished, it was just too much and went a little far.Some of the things that made this more of an average read for me are probably style/personal preference things, so I won't go into too much detail.I will say that in meeting the other Badd brothers, I am curious about their stories.

I mean, considering their jobs and their experiences through life, I thought there'd be more depth dealing with it all.But I enjoyed their story and I can't wait to read about the other Badd Brothers.I'm developing a huge crush on Xavier, I'm super excited about Brock and intrigued about Lucian.This series is promising.

Review: Baddass is the reason my quilt isn't completed. Yes, it is so good that I couldn't put it down and get any work done ! I love the relationship between Mara and her best friend Claire. Their discussion about boob size left me with a sore stomach from laughing so hard. ( I wish I had read this book before I read #3 in the series) The chatter between the brothers was hilarious and so true to how men often act. Perhaps Mara and Zane immediately click because they have both served their country but their relationship is hot, hot, hot. Jasinda writes so well that I can't wait to read the next in the Badd Brothers series.

It is clear that this is way more than lust or a quick fling to pass the week, which only results in hearts breaking when the week is up. It was romantic. It was funny. It was all kinds of raunchy sexy.But the ending will make everyone gush... and the epilogue will leave readers wanting more.
