Title: Accurate, but not the highest quality
Review: I needed a larger cuff for my blood pressure monitor and this cuff has worked well. It is a lower quality than my original cuff, but I needed the extra rom for my arms. It was difficult to attach to my omron monitor. It took a while to get the clip attached off to put on my monitor. Once I was able to do that it has worked well. I have to make sure I really tighten it before velcroing as it moves a bit, but otherwise for the price is good.

Title: Works if...
Review: This works if you have it on correctly. Otherwise if it's even a little bit off I get errors on my machine. It's pretty cheaply made also and folds over easily on the area of the metal thing. It seems accurate but I went back to my other cuff given the errors.

Title: Accurate cuff
Review: I am reviewing several versions of this cuff - different sizes of the same product.This cuff is designed for standard large arms - good for body builders, athletes, larger adults - and is meant to obtain accurate readings when using an automatic at-home monitor. The cuff is designed and manufactured well, and includes a number of adapters to connect to the most popular BP machines.The material is easily to clean, and the velcro seems to be pretty secure. The accuracy seems to match the larger adult cuff that was included with my BP monitor.

Title: Accurate Sizing, Works Just Like Original Cuff
Review: This worked perfectly in testing, just like the matching cuff, and was sized identically to the one it was replacing. It's clean, feels normal on the skin, takes accurate measurements, and feels identical to the other cuff. Overall, this is a great option for a replacement in this size.

Title: Mixed information on the cuff size.
Review: My original Omron cuff was hard and rigid. The connection fitting was loose and I was getting error messages. This cuff kit came with 4 connectors, one being attached to the cuffs tube and of course the connector that did not fit my Omron blood pressure machine. It was extremely difficult to remove this adapter. I had to boil water and soak the tube then use pliers to pull it apart. Since the Amazon listing said this cuff fits all Omron BP machines, I was expecting it to just automatically fit:(. After putting the right connector on the tubing the machine appears to be working fine with the new cuff.Luckily this cuff is priced fairly inexpensively because the description is confusing. There are conflicting measurements as to what circumference arm fits with this XL cuff. The Amazon blue cuff diagram and the actual cuff says it fit says 8.6â to 20.5â. My arm is 9.5â around and the cuff is too big for me and cannot Velcro around my arm. Your arm needs to be 12â-24â in circumference. I thought this cuff would work for me, my husband and my mother. Unfortunately, it does not work for my skinny women's arm. I did know it was an XL cuff but the one diagram referenced 8.6â. The cuff is priced competitively with a 30% coupon. Itâs a little bit of effort to switch the connectors and the tube is shorter than the tube that came on the original cuff, but the cuff works and is good for those with a wider arm. Be aware the cuff is printed wrong.

Review: This extra large blood pressure replacement cuff comes with 3 adapters , My machine is a Omron and this cuff fit my machine perfectly , it is plenty big and the velcro fits securely for a proper reading .
