J.J. McPhain practically grew up in the Reardon home and he loves Mrs. R. as if she were his own Mom...but he doesn't want to be anywhere on her matchmaking list. Just the thought of her involved in his dating schedule is enough to give him hives.
Case Reardon is grateful his mother's matchmaking plans have been diverted by his sister's unexpected arrival. Her career-changing announcement isn't a surprise...at least not to him. But he is surprised to find out that his youngest sibling and one of his childhood friends are dating...or they were until Jed found himself on the outside looking in and scrambling around to get back into Kate's good graces. He wishes his friend well especially if he becomes the focus of his mother's matchmaking efforts.
Family is everything to Molly Reardon. She's keeping herself busy with her newest career. And her current project of helping her children along with finding the perfect someone for each of them to spend their life with is never far from her thoughts.
If you enjoy clean romance and inspirational feel-good women's fiction filled with family, love, friendship, second chances and new beginnings, this series collection is for you.
Next on the List is the fourth book in the Matchmaker Mom series. Also available is Through the Binoculars, Potluck Social, League of Friends, and Shining Star of the Bowling Alley.

Title: A very good story.
Review: A very good story. From the beginning of this episode, I felt that JJ's desire to be at the bottom of the list, preferably not even on it, is wishful thinking. It's obvious the Molly Reardon is a multitasker. I would venture to think that she is working all items on her list simultaneously. While the details in this story are quite interesting, the delivery seems a bit stale. The inkling of a relationship between Katie and Jed is an example. It has a complete lack of emotion. However it is the first time any romance has entered into what's supposed to be a matchmaker series. I wonder where things lead in the next episode.
