How did we get our start?

The Drillbrush Power Scrubber was invented in 2005 by car wash owner Anthony LaPolla. Initially created as a way to scrub rims at his car wash without adjitating his Carpal Tunnel. His customers wanted one of their own and soon after, Drillbrush was born! Since the company was created in 2007, hand scrubbing has become a thing of the past!

Each brush features a quarter inch quick change shaft allowing it to be used with all cordless drills and impact drivers. Our products are the highest quality and are built with tight tolerances to ensure a reliable fit in your drill.

Is the black tip the same stiffness as the rest of the brush?

Yes. The black coloring is the same stiffness as the rest of the brush. All of our bristle colors are non scratch and will not run or fade. We have the largest selection of bristle options and shapes.

How do you clean a Drillbrush?

After use, our brushes should be cleaned under running water. You can also run our brushes through the dishwasher.

What cleaners would you recommend using with the brushes?

We recommend a paste based cleaner to prevent splatter. However, any household cleaner will do. For cleaning metal surfaces we recommend using a cleaner featuring a polishing compound or abrasive.

Title: Hardcore cleaning tools!
Review: These things are not messing around, super sturdy, they will definitely scrub the living heck out of whatever you use them on.Just be very aware of what you are doing when using the brushes, power drills have way more oomph that you might imagine. ; )Story time/Cautionary tale…Powerful drill + stiff brush bristles + any liquid or semi liquid matter= Forceful and wide spray pattern.So I saw this awesome thing on Pinterest where you mix baking soda and vinegar into a paste like consistency and put it on baking sheets to lift up old grime, rendering them sparkling clean. Sounds pretty awesome to me! So I proceed mix the paste and I slather it all over my baking sheet and I let it sit, then I get the bright idea to grab one of these brushes, throw it on the drill, and scrub away the yuck. Brilliant in theory. Not so much in reality. As I eagerly run the drill brush along the length of the pan, it sprays the concoction about 6 feet in every possible direction! Myself, the counters, the cabinets, the window, the curtains, my appliances and sink were completely covered in homespun cleaning muck. I was so shocked at the enormity of the mess and my complete lack of forethought that I just had to laugh. And walk away. Then cry a little. Then go back and scrub every inch of my kitchen. Oops.

Review: Well I heard of manufacturing issues with some of the off shore brands being sold, so I paid the few extra bucks to get the Drill Brush set. I got both the Green and Red sets.I got to work on my counter tops, stove, kitchen sink. I didn't really even use any heavy duty cleaner to be honest, and it took off all the caked on burnt on gunk. It even did an admirable job on those pans that sit under the burners on the stove which were never cleaned.I think if I used some industrial degreaser or something I could probably get them perfect, but for now I am ok with it.My shower is next. It has a few years of limescale build up on the tub, and glass shower doors.The brush that looks like a toilet brush is great for getting into those corners of sinks, or in between the sink and faucet or the tight space you just can't reach easily by hand.My back is shot so being on my hands and knees scrubbing by hand isn't an option anymore. I plan on getting the extender to make it even easier.Build quality is top notch. The fact it is US based makes it even better.

Title: Brushes Effective; Pads Not Effective
Review: Easy to assemble, appreciate the number of different types of brushes and scrub pads. Used to scour a 20+ year old bathroom enclosure.Con: The flat scrub pads are intended to stick by friction to the flat panel attachment that attaches to the drill. The pads don't stay on, the teeth don't grab firmly, and they get wonky and off-center almost immediately. I was constantly turning the drill off and recentering the scrub pads. None of them stayed on long enough to do the entire bottom of my bathtub -- not a huge job. I can't even imagine doing something more intense, like an oven, floor, or table top, that's larger than a tub. The pads would go flying off constantly, which would be an irritant.

Title: Nice addition to my cleaning arsenal
Review: I initially bought this to scrub the grout on my tile but straight out of the box I knew I could use it for so much more. The tile in my living room and kitchen looks brand new. I used Lysol tub and tile cleaner with bleach and my daughter and I scrubbed the whole 1200 sq ft area in about 6 hours. Changing out drill batteries was the hold up. I can’t wait to use the pads on my glass shower doors and my granite countertops. The brushes will also work on my vehicles rims to apply and buff polish. All in all a great product that I will purchase again. I like the options chart explaining the different color uses. Ingenious!

Title: Perfect for cleaning my shower doors
Review: I bought both the hard water stain remover and the drill brush set. I actually only used the white scrubbing pad from this set, and it cleaned the shower doors without scratching them. It was simple to attach to the drill, and the pad stayed in place. I simply poured some of the cleaning product onto the scrubbing pad and started cleaning. It becomes a little "gluey" quickly, so I just dipped the pad into a little water and kept going. It made a previously horrendous and ineffective task very quick and easy. My shower doors were in bad condition, I had tried many products, both natural recipes and commercial products (I am in an extremely hard water area), none of which were very effective, and required so much work, I was ready to give up until I found the combination of this brush set and the cleaning product. It is worth every penny.

Review: Bought as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! He uses it on his truck and Harley. It works well for both and saves time! It's great for full washings or detailing. I like that there are a variety of package options for all types off vehicles and cleaning household equipment.

Review: No miracles here. Caked grease needs hours of treatment beforer using the brushes. Press the trigger too hard and the cleaning paste spatters. The pads are OK, but if you put them off center they come loose.
