Why does water appear inside the product packaging?

Each unit undergoes meticulous underwater testing before packaging to ensure optimal performance upon delivery. Minor dampness or water stains on the machine are considered normal.

Why won’t the machine charge?

Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.

Why can't the machine climb smooth walls?

Please Install the included floating kit in the machine for climbing on walls of any pool material.

Title: It's amazing!
Review: This cleaner does what it says. It climbs the pool walls and learns your pool well enough to get it sparking clean! Through the app you can easily program it to do what you want. The only cautions I have are if you have stairs in your pool it's a waste of energy to let it climb those. It takes too long. We have a small/medium size pool and the charge last about 2 hours, which is enough time to clean the pool floor completely.

Title: Lasted about a month and a half!!
Review: Followed the charging directions to the letter straight out of the box. It seemed to only stay charged for about an hour but did a great job cleaning the pool. Then one day it would charge at all. Thought maybe it was the charger cord so I bought a new one ($50) and nothing. Reached out to Amazon where I purchased it from. Sorry can help you it’s outside of the 30 day return window… Contacted WHYBOT directly to see if I can get another unit because I really liked the performance of it even with a messed up charging system. I told them I would even pay to send the unit to them for review to prove I wasn’t lying. All I’m getting is the run around. So $500 down the tubes..Truth be told I was very happy with the performance of the unit even with the battery issues. But it just stopped working all together so I’m not bashing the product I am warning everyone about the lack of customer service and not standing behind the products you sell! We buy a lot of things from Amazon and they have always made things right so I am shocked they are letting this happen!Folks please be careful of some of the items you buy from Amazon and the vendors they use when it comes to expensive items or electronics you only have 30 days. After that sorry can’t help you…..

Title: Works great as advertised!
Review: Owned for one full summer-time pool season now. Works great! Economically priced. Light weight and easy to retrieve and empty. Only misses 'small debris' in one very tight curve in our pool floor shape. Will pick up large leafs, but that will quickly overfill its basket. We get the large leafs out first. Does the sides well! It can be changed for different configurations and length of operation times with a phone app. Obviously, it needs to be out of water to configure, so do it before you put it in the water.

Title: Works well for above ground pools
Review: This vacuum is definitely an upgrade from our previous one. We have a 24ft round pool and haven’t had to use the extra foam pieces provided for it to climb our pool walls - it is sturdy, reaches the top well, great grip, picks up leaves, bugs, debris, and it’s easy to clean with a hose. It has saved us soooo much time and energy. We haven’t had to use a handheld vacuum at all this season thanks to this one, and the pool always looks super clean. I wish the battery life lasted longer, but it only takes a couple hours to charge, and you can set up cleaning intervals on the app. Overall a great vacuum and worth the money.

Title: Works great!
Review: I used this robot for multiple times now and I love it! It picks up a lot of dirt, sand, and other debris. It does its best to climb my stairs but mine are really narrow so that seems to be the issue. It’s well worth the money. I don’t know what the expensive models do better but I’m satisfied!

Title: Works Great!!
Review: We have a surpentine shaped large pool. The big pine trees in the yard cause a giant mess un the pool. We purchased the robot for in between weekly cleanings from the pool service. The robot keeps the bottom of the pool spotless. It's super easy to use, just drop it in and it does its magic!! Very pleased with the product.

Title: Doing a Great Job So Far. The App is definitely in need of improvement but it works.
Review: It performs as advertised. The set up seems to be important. At first I had it only doing the bottom and it did about 85%, missed a lot by the stairs. I then set it to do the "Whole Pool" and that sucker performed at 99%. It crawled up the corner stairs and seemed to be stuck for quite a while but it figured it out perfectly. The App connects quickly, the filter cleaning is a snap. As for the app, I've found it eventually connects but sometimes the Bot needs to be turned on, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes I just have to turn my phone's Bluetooth on an off, sometimes I have to reboot. The settings also don't seem to lock in, my vinyl pool becomes tile, my shape changes etc. There are also different patterns you can select but there's no explanation suggesting which one might be best. Unfortunately there is no way to know the level of battery charge or the time run from the app. You do know 100% after the 3 hour charge when the status light changes from blinking green to solid green. Be sure to read the FAQ's. The app is a little wonky but be aware it can't communicate unless it is active in some way and not underwater. The easiest time to connect is while it's charging. I've run it every day for a month and I'm 100% satisfied so far, it outperforms expectations.
