Title: So Happy!
Review: 10/20/2024So far, I’ve had this product for a week. Taking it out of the package, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I downloaded the app & I was able to get the automatic litter box connected to my wifi & the app immediately. It came with litter, but I put in a clumping litter my cats like as this would be something new for them & I wanted to provide some sense of normalcy. My very large 18 pound orange cat who is pretty timid, got in right away & did his business! His sister followed suit immediately after. I decided to auto clean it & watch it with them, so they know it’s okay. This thing does a THOROUGH job! It will take a while (typically less than 5 minutes) because it truly gets every inch of the litter box. It is a little noisy, but that’s not a problem for me. The cats were a little scared of it cleaning, but that didn’t last long & eventually turned into them being waiting around after doing their business to watch it clean. It’s taken a week for the container that holds the soiled litter to fill up, and there is no smell.Pros:-Big enough for 2 cats, 1 being very large-Easy to use app that lets you know when your cat is in the box, how long, when it’s being cleaned. I LOVE THE APP. You can set up an auto clean at any time, once a day, or even more frequent. You can turn off the cleaning at night (which I think is great for not overrunning the motor or if this has to be placed near the owner when sleeping)-You can use various types of litter with it-No smell-Thorough cleaning job-Long power cord-Weight sensor that would stop any cleaning in progress if your cat enters or is still in the box during a planned ahead clean-Control of auto cleans & how quickly it cleans after being usedCons:-I have a 2 year old cat that’s on the smaller side, sometimes tiny poop or pee goes between the rakes & therefore does not get picked up (this is not a deal breaker for me)Overall, I am VERY satisfied with this. I wanted an open litter box that was large, had an app, a large container to hold the soiled litter, & a sensor that would stop the box from cleaning if my cats were inside, & I truly believe this box gave me everything & more. I will be sure to update this review if anything changes. If you’re on the fence… I highly suggest it! I can’t believe I didn’t make the switch sooner!

Title: Worked when tested but not when the cat used it
Review: If I could leave a negative star I would. I tested this before putting the litter in then again after filling it to the recommended fill line. Then the cat, which is a kitten and weighs 5 lbs used it once. I heard a clicking noise and went to check. The rake was tuck mid cycle. NOTHING I tried worked. I checked for a Customer Service number/website but the website in the manual came back nonexistent. At that point I was done and decided to return it. But I had to get the rake out of the stuck position to put it back in the box. My trouble was just beginning. I read the owner's manual and it indicated to remove the lock screws. They are VERY TINY. If you lose them you might as well toss it out. I removed them and the rake would not come out. Finally one side did and I was able to pack it up for a return however one side looks damaged. It was a total waste of time, effort and money.

Title: Affordable good product
Review: I’ve bought several other brands before purchasing this unit, and all others were very difficult to operate. This unit has become incredibly simple to operate. The unit was professionally packaged to avoid damages, and the unit has a strong and sturdy plastic material. No safety concerns so far, it stops when my curious cat sticks her head in. Another benefit of this toilet is the very large capacity for waste litter. I've also had no issues with odors, so I had no problem going a week without emptying the container. I haven't measured exactly how long it lasts for me, but I'm very happy with the capacity.

Title: Great Smart Litterbox
Review: This litterbox has saved my life! No issues with daily use by 2 cats over the last month. Does everything you would expect a smart litter box to do, with the added safety of being open top and being large enough for adult cats to use comfortably. Setup was very easy and the app is useful if rather barebones. Only complaints I have are odor-control (the E10 helps) after the waste bin is opened during cleaning operations (this might be helped with a silicone gasket on the lid), and the lack of a smaller width scoop. Some clumps fall apart during pickup and are just barely too small for the default scoop. The manual mentions a 0.32-inch scooper but I haven’t found anywhere to purchase it. Overall highly recommended but would love to see some upgrades in future models.

Title: Conflicted
Review: I’ve been testing different litter boxes to see which is best for my cats needs and myself. I really thought I had found the perfect one with MagicScoop. However, within 5 days both litter boxes gave an error which I could not figure out. I left a voicemail to their customer service and didn’t receive a call back. Amazon decided to replace them which they arrived today. I’m gonna give it another try, crossing fingers they work this time.***UPDATE*** Tried a second time and this time I wasn’t able to connect to wifi at all.

Title: My cat loves his new litter box
Review: I switched to this open-style automatic litter box, and it’s been a big improvement over my previous rolling-type one. The open design offers more space, making it comfortable for my cat, and it’s much easier to clean since the walls stay dust-free. My cat was excited to try it out immediately, and it even came with garbage bags, litter, and a scoop—very convenient! Overall, we’re both very satisfied with this upgrade.

Title: Easy to assemble and work efficiently
Review: It must be the easiest assembly I’ve ever made. I can put things together even without instructions. The quality of the box is superior. The app provides sufficient options. The best two I like are the night mode and the periodic clean (see my image cos I think it’s a bit hard to find where they are). The noise it acceptable but I do feel it’s nice to keep it off at night. So definitely gonna try these modes.
