Review: These are great bands. Ive purchased several of these for my clients. I know good fitness equipment when I see it since Im in the fitness industry. Worth the price. They should sell for $10 each instead of 3 for 12. Get it while you can.

Title: meh, they are just ok
Review: 1) they are definitely NOT the resistance rating advertised. They are labeled and advertised as 20, 40, 50 lbs resistance. It's probably more like 10,15,20 lbs.2) The grips have slots cut in them so that when you are pulling on them they can deform. Unfortunately those slot can pinch your hands pretty good as they flex.3) They are pretty short. They could be a few inches longer for men. To do a reverse tricep curl I have a hard time getting my hand behind my back to get ahold of them and in the right location. If they were 4 inches longer would be much better.
