Title: Just what I needed!
Review: Came in company packaging, and was inside an Amazon box. Works AMAZINGLY well. Does make a cracking noise if you apply TOO much pressure on it (like you'd have to JUMP on the machine to have it break) but besides that, laying your back, feet, or arms on the machine won't cause it to break. Besides that, I agree with prior comments of the noise. It does sound like the machine needs some lubricant, but it isn't at all noisy. You can hear whirring but it's very soft and not noticeable. Overall amazing machine, you won't regret it! The massage is actually effective and helped with my lower back pain. Comes with automatic heat which I just LOVE. WILL BUY AGAIN AS A GIFT!

Review: Got it for my mechanic brother. A little uncomfortable on lower back but super useful for people that work hard labor all day, better on the neck area than the back I would say. Very portable and performs super well. Comes with a car charger and home plug, cheap and super nice. 🙂

Review: I bought 2 of these during Prime Day sale. We love it. It gives a deep tissue massage and melts away knots and stress. It can ve placed anywhere you need it. Review: This massager has a good strong roll to it. Heats up quickly, and rolls back and forward. Small enough to place exactly where you need it. Fits middle of back, to either side of spine at the same time, neck and shoulder, leg and hip. I slept so well after using it. Highly recommend.

Title: Works well but mesh material ripped so I can't use it anymore.
Review: I bought this massager in May and have used it pretty regularly for 6 months. I noticed that the mesh fabric was getting pretty worn on top of one of the moving parts. Well, the fabric ripped today, and that moving part is completely uncovered. I tried using the massager anyway, and the exposed moving part pinched my skin multiple times. The pinching is painful enough that I won't use the massager anymore.

Even though product page says 3 year warranty, no information given on how to obtain warranty help. Other than cover malfunction, messager was great and got the job done getting my neck and shoulder knots out.
