Classic trails call for classic boots. Blending traditional all-leather construction with modern waterproof/breathable technology, the Pyrenees is built to keep feet dry and comfortable over long days and rough miles. European styling conceals a KEEN.DRY membrane that seals out precipitation while allowing moisture to escape. Weighing 20.2 oz / 573.8 g (per boot), made with durable, waterproof leather, and featuring a moisture-wicking lining, the Pyrenees Mid Height Hiking Boot for men is built off KEEN’s traditional wider footwear form. KEEN is a values-led, family-owned maker of original hybrid footwear for working and playing outside. Since 2003, KEEN has been creating sandals, boots, shoes, and sneakers in its mission to make the outdoors more accessible for everyone. Every KEEN product is Consciously Created to help leave the planet better than we found it.

Title: Comfortable and waterproof
Review: Love Keen Pyrenees boots. This is my second pair. I hike about 1000 miles a year alternating between 2 pair of boots. My first pair are 2 years old and other than replacing the inserts are still waterproof. Bought these for a hiking trip across England because I could only take 1 pair of boots. They were comfortable every day. No calluses or blisters. Not too heavy and fit my wide toes very well.

Title: Quality. Great Fit. Price.
Review: w/amazon allowing so many vendor to sell on amazon, the price for these comes in around $100-$125. if you can wait for your color/size w/in that price range, these are a good buy.Pros mentioned w/in headline.Cons: quality control. i purchased three before settling in on a perfect boot. price varies. size/width varies. quality of leather and finishing (glue, sew, etc).don't let my cons keep you from buying. these boots are wonderful. keen does the best at providing a wide toe box w/out having to sell WIDE widths.FYI: i own two different colors and i am waiting for the price to drop on two other colors.i hope you like them as much as i do. oh, i live in Colorado and we have some serious terrain by which these boots have saved the day>>>

Title: Good Boots, Poor Lacing Hooks
Review: Love Keens because of their wide toe box. The boots are comfortable & durable - used for hiking mostly, but also some construction. The one issue is the lace hooks, they are so small that the laces often work their way out and I've got to stop & tie them again. This has happened on hikes, but also on a roof, where a trip could mean injury. Keen always has such great quality - this is the first time I've been disappointed.

Title: Poor Product
Review: One month after I started to whare these Keen boots the soles started to seperate. The boots were only worn 4 times before this happened The soles are two parts that glued together. These were not cheep boots to purchase. I have had two prior pair of Keen boots that at the time were made in the US. When I checked the lable on these new boots I found they were now made in India. Thier adds make you believe that they are still a US product which is not what lable on the boots toung states as the country of manufacture. I had purchased these boots for a hunting trip and was verry disapointed when they failed. I would never buy boots from this company again.

Title: Full leather, high traction sole, light weight, and comfortable!
Review: Finally found an excellent hiking boot that does not give me shin splints. I've tried most major brands like Merrell, Vasque, Red Wing. All are painful after even a short hike. Started reading reviews by tradespeople...folks that LIVE in their boots 10+ ;hours per day we're unanimously enthusiastic about the Keen brand. So I spent the $169 to get them delivered and was really glad I did. This is the "Pyrenees" model which is guaranteed waterproof w full leather. They weigh 2.5 lbs total, so only 1.25 lbs on ea foot. I use them for hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing and general ranch work. They come only in standard D width which is fine. I ordered my exact size which is the same size I wear in my Asics running sneakers. They provide strong support on off camber and loose gravel which prevents you from turning in your foot and killing your ankle. I have marginal knees so I need that extra support and confidence w the light weight. With all my shoes, I remove the factory insole and replace them with a SofSole AIRR which is the best orthotic support on the planet.

Title: Handsome !
Review: My husband is very happy with these sturdy, good looking boots. We got a great price and they shipped quickly. The traction is excellent, and the gray color , a first for him, blends nicely with stone washed jeans. He works on pavement 12 hr. A day and is not a spring chicken so he really tests them out for durability. He normally wears Carhartt work boots but Amazon had such a good deal on these babies and Keen is my favorite brand so took a chance. He is a 13 wide but the 13 regular worked perfectly for him as Keen usually has a wide toe box. The amazing thing is that they are so good looking, not boat like at all ! Thought they put the wrong size in the box ! Great boots, great service makes a Happy Camper!

Title: Most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned.
Review: This is my third pair of Keen boots and I absolutely love them. I have been wearing them for work daily (M-F) for over 4 months. Not only are they holding up very well, but they are extremely comfortable. I walk an average of 4 miles per day at work so having comfortable shoes is essential. I have wide feet and these boots have miles of toe room. Water resistance is good as well. I have worn them in the rain and walked over a few puddles without any issues. I could not be happier with this purchase. Highly recommend!

Review: Have now used these for some months. Initially they were hard and inflexible, but now that I've worn them in, they are very comfortable, sturdy and protective. They are warm too - good 4-season boot in the UK.
