Title: It's great for baking chicken.
Review: It's perfect for baking chicken. It's large but still fits in the dishwasher. I think it's a little high priced but it's well made. I washed it, used it, then ran it through the dishwasher and it came out fine. It did have some water drop marks on it, I'm assuming from drying on high heat in the dishwasher, but it was clean and I only plan on using it to bake chicken so not a big deal for me. I ordered another one for a bake a lot of chicken at one time and freeze it.

Review: WOW - should've discovered this sooner! Love my new sheet pans - they're gorgeous and easy to clean. They DO pop into weird contortion shape in oven under high heat (400 degrees or so) but they pop right back again as they cool. The cooling rack that comes with it is handy too - I ditched my old ones!

Title: Works but warps
Review: The baking sheet worked well the first time I used it, but it warped in the second use at 375F with salmon on it.Update: It popped back flat after cooling down. Everything worked well except the sudden warping in the oven.

Title: Second one, very useful
Review: This is the second pan I have purchased. I wanted a shallow pan with sides. I needed it to fit the oven in the oven in the house that we rent. The measurements are accurate. I wanted it to bake/roast “sheet pan fajita” recipes and it did work for that, but I think that oven fajitas make the meat too tough and veggies too soft, not the fault of the pan. Now I use them primarily for cubed, seasoned tofu and also vegetables. I want to be able to make both. Tofu needs some room to crisp up. So now I can use one pan for tofu and one for vegetable. I use parchment paper and my food typically has some oil on it. I have also used only Pam spray. I have used the rack in the oven for frozen chicken tenders. My oven has convection and I use that setting when I use two racks.

Review: Im not a baker but have become one. im vegan so when I have craving for anything sweet, Im retrieving my baking tray and from cookies, baked cereal, snack bars... Im baking it. It's the right size. Place on the tray and lay on the rack to cool.
