Title: Overall happy with book, good but not great
Review: I am a cookbook addict, I love to cook and I'm always looking for new ideas. I had very high hopes for this book after reading reviews and seeing the page count, it really is a big book, and after trying recipes from all areas of the book I would say it's good book but not great. Some dishes have been fabulous while others left me questioning if I had left an ingredient out due to the bland result. Overall I am happy I purchased the book, having some new favorites like the Balsamic-Orange glazed beets, angel biscuits and sweet potato meringue pie; but also wanted to mention it isn't all great since many reviews read as if it was the holy grail of cookbooks with nothing but fabulously delicious recipes inside.

Title: Somehow both overwhelming with recipes and not enough
Review: It's just...It's a lot. I saw a few items that looked pretty ok, nothing that stuck with me. It's a lot to look through. I think this is probably a great book for people that don't have much exposure to cooking and are looking to start and just want an idea of what sides are out there. It doesn't have much to offer for an experienced cook.

Title: Great Weight Loss Gift
Review: This book was purchased as a gift as part of a weight loss group. The person it was purchased for wanted more ways to add vegetables. She posted recipes from the book in our weight loss group and said how much she loves it. I've attached asparagus with confetti that she made and it was a big hit with her 4 year old.
