Mrs. Anderson’s Lasagna Pan is specially designed for baking, boiling, roasting, and serving. Its generous capacity is perfect for building deeply layered recipes, like lasagna, baked ziti, and mac and cheese. It’s beautifully crafted from high-fired ceramic with a scratch-free glaze for durability and uniform heat distribution, so foods bake evenly. Easy-hold handles on both sides offer a comfortable grip and secure transfer in and out of the oven and under the broiler. This award-winning Lasagna Pan is a versatile baking dish for quiche, casseroles, meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, and desserts, and doubles nicely as a roasting pan and serving dish for vegetables. Cover leftovers with foil and store them in the fridge. When it’s time for reheating, just pop it in the oven. It performs equally well as serveware for every dining occasion, from breakfast to lunch or brunch, for holiday meals, party buffets, even outdoor entertaining. It transitions beautifully from oven or broiler to the table and complements any setting. Safe for use in the microwave, oven, broiler (to 500-degrees Fahrenheit), and freezer. It resists staining, odors and cracking and won’t transfer odors or flavors between uses. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Brought to you by HIC Harold Import Co.

Title: Cooks Well
Review: Rated "winner" by America's Test Kitchen. I purchased it and baked a meat loaf in it. Afterwards, as I was cleaning it, I noticed a crack along one of the short ends that was inside, and outside. Must have been a hairline crack that opened a little after the heat.Anyway, I returned it and quickly received another. I like this baking dish, the handles are perfect, and it heats well, thus cooks well. Was easy to clean too. I recommend this 9X13 casserole pan.RW, New Mexico

Title: Love this Pan!
Review: This pan was rated as the best by America's Test Kitchen, so I looked for it on Amazon and found it for less than the price quoted with the recommendation. And, in this lovely Rose color to boot! It's more of a red rose, but not bright red. It's really a unique shade. Very nice.It was delivered very quickly. I had the chance to use it several nights ago, to roast a chicken in. It was wonderful! It is a very comfortable weight, easy to handle. Speaking of handles, the handles are perfect for gripping to get it in and put of the oven. I took it to the table and it looked very nice with my beautiful bird in it. Afterwards, I popped it in the dishwasher with the rest of that nights dishes and it came out without a spec on it! No kidding, without any pre-washing! I look forward to many years of use for this great pan.

Title: Beautiful and Durable under the Broiler
Review: My husband broke our Pyrex glass casserole when he put it under the broiler. He set it on the stove top and it just cracked. After some research, it turns Pyrex is not for broiler use. We are longtime Cooks Illustrated subscribers and they recommended this casserole that can withstand the higher heat. Plus it's really pretty in red. You can serve right out of it at the table. The handles are a great addition. We've used it about five times and it looks perfect. Highly recommended.

Title: best baking dish ever
Review: I've been cooking for 50 plus years, and this is without question the best baking dish I've ever owned. It's heavy so it cooks evenly without burning, both meatloaf and cookie bars. The best feature by far is how easy it is to wash. I used to spend so much dread and time and energy cleaning my meatloaf pan. This literally wiped out. Wiped out! Amazing. Love this pan. I'll be giving it to every friend as a gift.

Title: Well designed baking pan
Review: I love this baking pan because the handles let me grab it easily with oven mitts on. It transfers heat evenly and itâs easy to clean. My lasagna, baked ziti, enchiladas, and other dishes cook evenly in this dish.

Title: I do NOT recommend this baking dish
Review: I initially gave a raving review of this baking dish and sadly now I am here to give an unfavorable update/review.This baking dish was recommended by and is the winner for best lasagna baking dish at Americas Test Kitchen. I have emailed them about my experience and pictures. The last 2 times I baked some chicken breasts the pan cracked as I removed it from the oven. The juices from the chicken moved around and I heard a loud CLINK. The first time there was a small crack in the corner and then today it happened again and there is a large crack from side-to- side, at the other end of the pan, and the large crack is seen from the bottom of the baking dish as well, meaning this crack went all the way through. The oven was set at 425 degrees & the baking dish was in the oven for 25 minutes. I have an in-oven thermometer at all times to verify the temp.I am disappointed because I really liked the handles on this dish and it is deep.I did notice that the color of the dish changed when it is in the oven. It is usually red and it became a dark burgundy when in the oven. Not sure if that is a normal response to heat or if it is an indicator that it became unstable with the higher temps? Who knows. What I do know is that I can not recommend this dish any longer.

Title: Looks great, but......
Review: I had such high hopes for this dish due to the high America's Test Kitchen's rating due to being able to be used under the broiler, etc. The first one I received had a slight flaw on the inside glazing - no problem as Amazon paid for free return shipping and promptly sent a replacement. The replacement did not have any flaws; however, the more I looked at it, it seemed "small" compared to my other 13 x 9 pans I have been using over the years. I measured the inside capacity and, sure enough, capacity measures 12-1/2 x 8-3/4" wide. May not seem a big deal, but I've made/tried some hefty lasagna and other casserole recipes over the years, and I do not need to lose more space baking-wise or cabinet storage-wise for a smaller dish. If you don't mind the slightly-off dimensions, if does appear to be a nice baking dish.
