Title:
Review: As the paperback was bought as a gift this was additionally disappointing. There are no illustrations or pictures and as a part of encouraging experimenting if new to Oats cooking that is poor. This is a densely written book but mostly Oats use in cookies, muffins and sweet bars. If you enjoy baking cakes and other sweet foods then this may suit you. Pity
