Title: Sturdy and comfortable
Review: This stool is very nice and comfortable. A little difficult to assemble (at least for my handy man challenged brother). Sits well and is a lot sturdier than I thought it would be. I’d buy it again.

Title: Nice product
Review: This is a nice sturdy stool. Extremely easy to assemble, honestly not sure why instructions were even included (BTW, there's a video in the product pictures!!!) Nice thick padding, swivel mount is exactly the same as commercially available boat seat swivels. I just ordered another and assembled it in less than 10 minutes. Alot of whining on these stools, they are $50. If it's too tall for you take a hacksaw, sawzall or grinder and shorten the legs, stick the feet back on. If it wobbles (as mine both did) pull off the feet, add a few 3/8" washers here and there, put the feet back on. If you aren't mechanically inclined, don't buy things that require assembly. These stools were not rocket science to assemble. They are comfortable and sturdy enough to use as a self defense weapon if the need ever arrives!

Title: Good Product
Review: Easy to assemble, the right price, but screw will loosen quickly. Perhaps better tightening washers would improve the issue.

Title: Sturdy stool, annoying assembly
Review: The stool is very sturdy once you get it together. The cushion is also very firm. The spin is not too loose so you won't find yourself spinning back and forth when you don't want to.The assembly was very annoying, however. It was difficult to line up the poorly machine screw holes, and with very unclear instructions, it was confusing to figure out how to put it together. Most of the screws that you need are packaged in a little baggie as you would expect, but there are a few on the bottom of the seat that you have to unscrew and then reattach, which is not mentioned in the instructions. Furthermore, these screws have recessed heads, when the metal plate that they attach to does not have holes that accommodate such screw heads, so when trying to figure it out, it really seems like those are the wrong screws and the wrong way to attach the seat (shown in picture). This is such a dumb thing to have been overlooked by the designers and would be incredibly simple for them to fix. If I had paid any more for this I would probably be returning it solely on that principal. I plan to go to the hardware store to replace these screws

Title: Defective parts make it extremely difficult to construct
Review: This is one of the most difficult things I've ever had to put together.I ordered this stool for my workshop. I built the workbench it was going to be used at using my own plans. I've put together swingsets and dozens of pieces of furniture over the years and have built handmade desks for my kids, custom shelving for my storage closet, and a built-in folding table and shelving system for our laundry room. I know how to build stuff. This thing was awful. The big problem is that none of the screw holes would line up. They were slightly off on each leg and therefore required a lot of flexing to get it into place. The chrome plating was really cheap and flaked off everywhere. I had to use a magnet to pick up all the little pieces (I had originally started putting it together in my living room after it arrived in the mail). Some of the pieces were big too. Whole chunks about an inch long were popping off along with the little flakes. I wrestled with this thing for nearly two hours and it only has 9 screws! I was flabbergasted. I've never been so frustrated putting something together. For what it's worth, the metal seems sturdy and the seat itself swivels well and seems comfortable and is the perfect height for my custom-built workbench. But all I could think of the entire time I was wrestling with it was how much I hated that stool and how I was going to give it a rare 1-star review. If you look at my history, it's extremely rare for me to rate something this low. But even with the simple construction, they still couldn't get it right. There's no excuse for that. Now I have a derpy looking chair with mangled legs and chunks of missing chrome, but it gets the job done in my workshop. I still hate it every time I look at it because it brings up the PTSD from putting it together. I strained my right wrist and pulled a tendon or something in my right elbow, which has never happened to me before and felt really weird and not good. I've since tried hammering the legs out with a rubber mallet to get them looking less weird, but when I straighten things back out it wobbles horribly because of the misalignment. So I either have to live with it looking dumb, or suffer with a bad wobble. For now I'm going for function over form. I'd have drilled new holes myself, but they were just off enough that I'm not sure if I could have put in another hole without compromising the strength of it, but far enough out of alignment that it took a massive effort to get it to work. Flesh against steel. Apparently I need to learn how to weld.If this company has any decency about them, they'd send a replacement unit. But part of me really doesn't want to go through the assembly process again. I imagine it wouldn't be so bad if the parts weren't defective, but who knows what I might get.

Title: Well made and sturdy.
Review: Stool came with assembly required. 20 minutes with simple hand tools (pliers and multi-screwdriver). It is solid and sturdy and sits level. Seat pad is firm enough and cover is fitted well. There are some comments on here about assembly issues, but I experienced none. Some noted that it can be leveled, if necessary, by removing the rubber feet and placing 3/4 inch washers. If you are having problems putting it together, call a friend who is mechanically inclined and give him a couple beers (afterward)! I will be buying at least one more of these.

Review: Comfortable, very sturdy, look great in our 50s themed kitchen. They come packed flat and are easy to put together. There aren't really clear assembly instructions included but I found a video on youtube and easily followed along to make them. Super happy with these and the price cannot be beat!

Review: I needed a bar stool with foot rest for my guitar practice, and having looked at the branded versions (Fender, Gibson et la) which were massively overpriced, I settled on this one. Easy assembly took about 20 mins. The rotating seat pad was a little stiff to start with, but has loosened up with use. However I was somewhat disappointed with the finish of the legs/frame. Thin walled tubing is used with what looks like a very thin chrome electroplated finish. There are marks on the footrest ring from the machine used to bend it very visible through the inconsistent chrome finish. In a moist atmosphere my guess is it would soon show signs of corrosion.Don't get me wrong, the stool is sturdy and is perfect for its intended task. Its just the finish that lets it down.
