Title: Superb and much needed for the bbq ribs menu
Review: Zyliss is such a good quality for all these type of utensils. I started out with a can opener 4 years ago and it still is in like new condition after been used every day. I was hoping to find one of these brushes a long time ago but didnt like store options and kept forgetting it only to get reminded when it was time to use the bbq sauce at my friends get together bbq meetings. Now its so easy all the prep and I can be done in a couple of minutes with over 10 pounds of ribs.

Review: This brush will baste meat , or vegetables with ease. Picks up all the sauce and coats your food evenly.For myself, I would not use it in baking. It is too rough when used with pastry or cakes. I bake a lot, the only baking item i would use it on is cookies, if they are not fragile ones. On pastry it indents the items, I am really fussy about my baked goods. If it were made in a smaller configuration, it would probably work. But here BBQ is king...
