Title: Great water absorbtion
Review: I had this type of rug (but longer) for over 4 years now. We moved and had to get a smaller version of it, and I still love it! It absorbs water very well, so you don't constantly feel wet after just drying off, and it's very comfortable. It provides a lot of support for your feet if standing in place (this is good for those with bad backs!).It's very light-weight, sticks to the floor without moving, fits the area outside our tub well, and looks and feels comfortable. A wonderful product. No other product like it.

Title: Still a better mat than most...
Review: I've had 4 of these mats over the past 10+ years, and I like their plushness & their vibrant color that last, and the variety of sizes they come in. Until this one, their grip to the floor was the best. This most recent one lacks that trustworthy grip; it doesn't slide all over, but it does slip. I have yet to find a mat as good; however, so I'll stay with this one.

Title: Unconventional use -
Review: I use this as a cat litter mat (under the litter box). It is 1000 times better than the litter mats you find in the pet store or online. It is waterproof, actually catches the cat litter the little stinkers kick or track out of the box, isn't ugly, and my kitten doesn't try to chew it, as she does the plastic woven litter mats. Because it's soft, the cats actually walk across it, rather than trying to hop over it as they do the woven plastic ones. By walking on it, the mat picks up the litter stuck between their little toesies. And It's easy to shake out when it's collected some litter. Also it can be thrown in the laundry in case of litter misses. I also love the big size. It helps me keep my floor clean and looks nice, too. No doubt, it would make a fantastic bathroom/shower mat, too.

Title: A Huge Improvement!
Review: Our upstairs bathroom stopped being used regularly when our son left for college many years ago. Guests came and went, never stay more than a few days. And I never gave the aging bathmat a second thought. And it showed. So when I decided to take a tub bath last week, I was appalled and quickly decided a new, upgraded, absorbent replacement was essential.The bath mat that arrived looked like the one I ordered. It looks great, feels comfortable under bare feet, absorbs well, and doesn’t slip on our marble tile floor. It arrived within a few days of ordering. Thank you.

Title: quite absorbent, looks decent and clean, comfy
Review: I tried a bath mat similar to this one at a relatives house and was surprised at how comfortable and absorbent it was despite not being that thick. We've had cheap, slightly thicker memory foam mats that haven't been as comfortable or absorbent as the Gorilla Grip one. Thicker and nicer memory foam mats would obviously also do the job but this design is deceivingly effective. If you like the design and want something light and price efficient give it a shot!

Title: Pretty and soft, not as absorbent as I'd like
Review: I had a similar rug for years that eventually just started to get musty. I replaced it with this and while I love the color and style, it is slightly thinner than my other chenille rug. It's also less absorbent. I know it's hard having teens who shower but this rug almost always feels like it has a sopping wet spot somewhere on it. With the other rug (but same sloppy teenagers), I didn't have this issue.Aside from that the rug is quite nice. No shedding, very comfortable to step onto, nice rubber backing (doesn't slide around) and fits in the area I need it to. I just wish it absorbed more water or dried more quickly. It did machine wash and dry up just fine for those wondering.If you don't have messy teenagers who get water everywhere in your bathroom, this could be a very nice rug for you!
