Title: Nice bit of extra function out of my M18s
Review: I tend to have a lot of Milwaukee cordless tools in my truck, so this is a nice addition to the set. Provides a bit of emergency function in case I leave my lights on or something like that. I don't know how great it is to the batteries to use them like this, but in an emergency I suspect I won't care about that. Snaps onto the batteries securely and the clamps look pretty solid, so no issues with build quality.I haven't had to use these yet, but when I do I will update the review with the functionality if they work well or not.

Title: Slower than other boosters, but works
Review: The concept of this charger is great - why spend tons of money on a battery pack jump-starter if you already have some good hefty batteries on hand! I have a big 'ol Ford E350 with a power drain that needs to be jump-started frequently. This handy device was able to jump my van with a nearly dead M18 battery. It didn't start on the first crank after attaching the battery, but after waiting about 5 minutes, she was up and running. Definitely a great gadget to keep in my toolbox!

Title: NOT JUMPER CABLES, BUT USEFUL.
Review: This device, which is NOT JUMPER CABLES arrived tightly packed in a cardboard box, with a barcode and some text on the outside, and a small instruction sheet in the bottom of the box. While I haven't needed to jump-start a car in years, my experience as a certified mechanic makes it clear that the Xinriga system from Amazon should be a reliable tool. However, the product listing on Amazon could be improved with clearer instructions, and less baloney. It's important to note that some car batteries may be too depleted to be jump-started, in which case you'll need to call a tow truck. In a direct current system, any two batteries connected in parallel will exchange electrons. What this means is that the battery with more voltage will donate electricity to the battery with less. The Milwaukee battery has roughly 18 volts when charged, so attaching it to a 12-volt system will charge the 12-volt battery if it is undercharged.VERY IMPORTANT: make sure the car with the dead battery is turned off, and in fact make sure the key is in your pocket while the device is connected, to avoid potential damage to cars with sensitive electronics. The system basically provides a rapid charge to the car's battery. Follow the instructions to leave it connected for 3-5 minutes before attempting to start the car. This device does not convert anything, it safely allows you to transfer current from your fully charged Milwaukee battery to the car battery. When enough current has been transferred, your car should start, unless there is something more seriously wrong. The system is best suited for mid-size or smaller vehicles, but can be used on larger vehicles as well. If it doesn't start your 1966 Lincoln Continental 466 cubic inch (7.0 liter) V8 engine, what have you lost?A fully charged Milwaukee battery with at least 5ah is recommended for optimal performance, but more is better. If you're driving that Lincoln, maybe you need 2 or 3 high mh batteries in the trunk. Just don't look to me if something goes wrong. Use your best judgement. It would have been nice if the unit came in a storage case suitable for storing in your car. A case with room for the Milwaukee battery. Unfortunately they chose to cram it into a cardboard box without any extra room, not even enough to put in a pair of rubber gloves. Not very thoughtful concerning the end user dealing with a dead battery. They did the bare minimum, when they could have done so much more.

Title: It works but you have to give it time. Be careful!
Review: This does work but you have to let it sit on the battery for at least 10 minutes or 20 or 30 depending on how low the car battery is. The thin gauge wire to the cables is the limiting factor as it only provides 30 Amps of power. Not sure if this has short circuit protection if you were to hook it up backwards or touch the cables together. Iâm not going to try that as it could cause the battery to sort out and explode. Hopefully this has some built-in protection, but no mention of it. Due to the misspellings this is definitely Not made in USA.
