Title: Best beach umbrella I've ever had!
Review: I love this umbrella! It's so lightweight but sturdy at the same time. I thought it might be flimsy but it's not. It comes apart and goes together very easily. And the handles make it very easy to get it into and out of the sand. Easy set up after the the 1st post in the sand. The umbrella itself is great at 6ft in diameter. Plus it's adjustable which is wonderful for a full day at the beach. I've used this several times and am so happy with this purchase. I have a small car, so I needed something that would fit in the trunk. And it didn't disappoint! I have 2 folding beach chairs in bags as well. and I can carry both chairs, the umbrella, and my other backpack all at the same time with no problem at all. This is lightweight, and the carry bag with the strap makes it easy to handle. Can't brag on this enough. It's built well and did great on a windy day. For the price you can't beat it! If something does happen to this one, I'll definitely replace it with the same one.

Title: Not quite 6.5’ but a great beach umbrella
Review: Been using this for a calendar year now including a half dozen trips to the beach. Missed a full star rating because it’s not 6.5’ in diameter. Closer to just under 6’ which means the shade it casts in a full noon sun is not *quite* enough for two adults in beach chairs. No matter how you tilt it, you’ll have a few inches getting scorched by the sun.If you can live with that, this is a great umbrella. I’ve opened it in strong winds and had it turned inside out; it easily flipped back right without damage. We use ours for day trips on a boat and it’s handled being tossed in and out of the boat without any wear. It folds up extremely compactly in a little bag and it’s very lightweight, which was what we wanted for the boat. So far, it’s resisted corrosion and the whole thing seems to be aluminum, however the rivets in the umbrella trusses look like they’re rusting a little so they may be the first to go.The included sand screw is a nice feature; we have several other sand screws that are much easier to screw into sand. This one doesn’t like to dig without a lot of down pressure.The clamps to hold the sections together are plastic but hold together very securely even in strong wind, and don’t require much force to make them do so.Our particular pattern is a rainbow stripe which is very unique and makes it easy to find our spot on busy beaches.I’d buy it again; but I do wish it was just a little bigger.

Title: This thing was awesome
Review: I spent 6 days under this umbrella on the beach in the caribean... pretty windy. it went into the sand and did not move. one of the rivets fell out from the umbrella on the last day, umbrella still worked, but the company took care of it (see pic). I will be using this again next vacation since it did fit in the suit case and some places do not have umbrellas. I was the only one on the beach not looking for cover the whole time. I would buy this again.

Title: It flipped inside out twice
Review: We live on the coast of NE and would have had a marvelous day on one of the last beach days of the summer....except...this danged umbrella flipped inside out twice due to a mild wind. I went around the beach looking at people's standing umbrellas, some helped us look at this new umbrella. The consensus was that the ribs on this umbrella were too thin to withstand a heavy (ish) breeze. The umbrellas which were up to the job were older models which thicker ribs. So this light weight metal (asset) contributes to the instability (downfall) of this umbrella. I am just going to keep lugging my heavy old umbrella to the beach. Boo! This umbrella also does not have an angled setting to allow it to block the sun, it really only throws a useable shadow when the sun is directly overhead, otherwise you have to keep moving your chairs and blankets to follow the shade spot as the sun transits overhead. Not up to the job if you have sun sensitive skin and really be protected by the shade.

Review: We have just returned from Punta Cana, and we were the envy of the beach, with people asking where we purchased the Beach Umbrella. There were only palm trees for shade, and each day was sunny, hot(30) and windy. We placed the umbrella on the back part of the lounge chair and then into the sand. It was very sturdy and did not move even with heavy wind. It fits in the suitcase, no problem, great buy!
