Title: Helpful part of an eradication plan
Review: Thanks to a hoarder neighbor who drags in furniture off of the street, my apartment and several of my neighbor’s apartments got bed bugs. Don’t kid yourself. Bed bugs are really hard to get rid of. REALLY HARD. If you can afford killing them with heat, that is the best way. But if you can’t, here’s what I did:These traps work well IF you put diatomaceous earth in them before you put them under your furniture. Bed bugs infest your furniture by climbing up the legs. The traps have a channel in which most of the bugs get trapped. But sometimes they are able to climb out of that channel and into the center cup, where they can access your furniture legs. Diatomaceous earth stops them. Not sure how it kills them, but I’ve witnessed them flopping around in it and dying.I invested in a tiny steamer, which didn’t really help. Perhaps had I more money to spend, a better quality steamer might do the trick. And the steam made my bed wet. Not ideal.So, furniture isolated from the floor with traps, and pulled away from the walls, I then started spraying. I tried some stuff which cost about $17 a bottle.24 oz, maybe. I can’t remember. It smelled horrible and frankly, didn’t work all that well.I spent $60 for a gallon of Harris Bed Bug Killer. It kills the eggs, which is key. Don’t kill the eggs, the bugs hatch and your furniture is reinfested. Also, it doesn’t smell, so when you go to bed you won’t feel like you’re sleeping in a chemical plant. All the other stuff applies; get junk and/or clothing up off of the floor. Pull heavy furniture like dressers and book cases out, vacuum, and spray under them. Don’t forget the baseboard, and any electrical outlets. Go through your home and vacuum, then spray. Empty the vacuum into a plastic bag, tie it and take it out to the trash. Wash your clothing and bedding in hot water. I’ve not seen any bugs in my dresser, so so far I haven’t felt the need to pull everything out & spray. I’ll update this review if I feel I need to do that.Be patient. It takes some time to eradicate the bugs. They hide. My fabric chair was particularly difficult. I had to get deep into the seams and places where the fabric puckers. Sticky tape can be helpful in those areas, then spray. And of course, your neighbors have to do it as well, or a whole new crop will come. Good luck!

Review: I think my headline says it all. If you have bedbugs or if you're worried about them, get a set of these. An eight pack is enough for two beds (with four feet each - some Queen/Kings have more than four feet). These are big enough to accommodate 3 inch round or 3 x 1.5 inch rectangular feet.To use, make sure that nothing else from the bed is touching the floor or the wall or the nightstands. Then, put one of these under each foot. If you want, you can fill the little trough with diatomaceous earth (which is like a very fine sand) that you can also buy for not much money. [Bedbugs are mercifully flightless and delicate, so making them crawl through an abrasive substance will kill them.] Once you've isolated the bed in this way, buy fully encasing mattress protectors for your mattress (and boxspring if you have one) in case they're already living in your bed. Then wash your sheets and blankets. Finally, either change out your pillows, or dry them in a clothes dryer at full heat for 30 minutes, or encase them in a pillow protector. And you're done. Ensure you leave everything in place for 18 months, since bedbugs are remarkable survivors.It takes less than $100 to make a bed bedbug proof, and this is an essential part of that. If your home is infested (you're getting bitten on your couch, etc), then call an exterminator. If not, using this product along with mattress and pillow encasement should be all you need.

Title: Definitely helping
Review: This was a purchase during phase two of our bed bug battle. We started with the affected room and then purchased for the other beds in the house. This traps the bedbugs then we can dump them and replace so they don’t return to the wall or other places. It’s been three months and the traffic has reduced significantly. Also we use the bedbug sticky traps which smell differently than traditional rodent/bug traps. With this combo, in addition to DIY carpet steaming whens completely dry applying the powder, we feel like we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. We change sheets weekly and spray the corners of the mattress cover with 91% alcohol or an anti bedbug solution. We also have two mattress covers on at a time so that we can replace when necessary without exposing the mattress. We bought a new mattress and bed and still had the issue but these bed bug blockers are very helpful and a must buy in my opinion.

Title: I guess it’s working
Review: Because I’ve not seen any bugs around my bed at all. I’ve also not seen bugs in the traps. So I don’t know if it was the steam cleaning of the carpet and the bed or if it’s the actual trap that’s catching them. More likely the former since I’ve not seen any bugs in the trap.

Review: Commande effectué pour autre personne qui possède pas internet j'espère ne jamais en avoir besoin ceci étant conforme a la photo et présentation le produit est de bonne facture plastique blanc solide avec le rond central pour poser le pied DIAM de 10.5 cm diam total 14 cm la gouttière extérieur est en plastique lisse a l'intérieur et le socle extérieur légèrement râpeux justement pour faire tomber les bestioles dans la gouttière en principe elle ressortent plus impossible de grimper sur quelque chose de lisse . A placer de manière a ce que le pied vienne poser a l'intérieur du rond central et pas ailleurs surtout éviter la moquette pour pas plier le plastique et le casser a poser sur sol dur (carrelage ou parquet) vous pouvez mettre un rond en carton dedans le rond central pour protéger le plastique des pied en bois ou en fer. Pour plus d'efficacité mettre de la terre de diatomée ou sommières plus efficace encore un peu dans la gouttière et dans le rond centrale au cas ou. Respecter aussi quelques règles avant de placer les pièges désinfecter matelas + sommier lattes et draps avant ensuite il faut que le lit ne touche pas les murs ainsi que les draps le sol le lit doit être uniquement en contact avec le sol que par les pieds c'est tout et rien d'autre sinon les pièges ne servent a rien attention au fils électrique si vous regardez l'ordi ou autre chose alimenter par secteur si le fil part du sol et arrive sur le lit et que vous oubliez de le mettre par terre le soir a coup sur les bestioles trouveront le chemin et vous serez piqué faut être parano pour une efficacité maxi et pouvoir a la longue vous en débarrassez attention au linges que vous posez sur le lit par la suite.
