Title: It’s not a miracle but it’s the only thing that has helped with my back pain
Review: I started having back pain since I got a new fancy mattress that is slightly too soft than what I’m used to. It was too late to return it so I decided to figure out a way to make it work. I added a firming topper and then researched into lumbar support options for sleeping and came across this little pillow. Before I bought a different lumbar pillow and that one proved itself useful only for sitting. This pillow however is comfy to sleep with. Now, I won’t say I don’t feel it (before back pain sleeping without any lumbar support was better) but this one enables me to wake up pain free and not have a stiff back. I took out the second layer so it’s at its flattest and I’m happy to report that I can finally wake up in the morning and not resume my search of back pain relief. This pillow is great! It doesn’t get hot, memory foam contours and supports, it is puffier on the sides which provides additional back support while sleeping on my side and it’s not bulky like other lumbar pillow I got so it doesn’t bother my partner.

Title: Support my back pain and helpful for roadtrip.
Review: I was looking for something to support my back while sitting and sleeping. It has a cover piece that is washable and the inner layer piece is also removable so I can adjust the thickness.So far I have loved it! It really helps with my back pain when I have to sit a long time and it doesn’t hurt after leaning on it for a long period. I also use it when I have to sit in a car for roadtrip.Got this as a bundle with a Cervical Pillow and it saved me some money.

Title: What I needed
Review: The pillow is great and I like the support. The removable pad is not what I expected but it help when in a chair and taking it out helps when sleeping...not sure I am 100% sold on it. I am tiny 5'5 and 99 pounds and it still feels like it could be a bit bigger when I am sleeping in bed.

Title: Had great ones in the past - newest one is too soft.
Review: I don’t know if it’s a one time issue or if the quality has gone downhill, but the newest one I received is super soft and provides very little support - even with two inserts. It’s as if there’s less foam overall. I’ve ordered four of these pillows over the years and they’ve been extremely helpful, so I’m very surprised at the decline in quality this time around.

Title: Works for me
Review: I’m generally a left side sleeper and was having issues with my hip and lower back. I was unable to sleep more than four hours due to the discomfort. I bought a new mattress 6 months ago, and support cushions for my office chair two weeks ago, but nothing changed. This pillow (I am using 2 inserts, but even using one was fine) is giving me so much relief. I’m sleeping 8 hours and waking up with no pain. I feel rested upon waking and don’t need to sleep in 2 separate intervals. The shape works for my 5’5” frame much better than a regular pillow. It pretty much stays in place despite rolling over to my back or my other side during the night. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Title: LOVE IT for after knee surgery‼️
Review: 🤩I’ve used this to support under my knee, below my achilles tendon for stretching and behind my lower back at night when I sleep.My knee surgery brace basically requires me to sleep on my back but I have a 🍑”soccer booty” that’s big enough I require support in my lower back but some nights I’m in a sitting position & others I’m almost laying flat so I needed a pillow that had inserts to accommodate that.👍👍 Adjustable height/thickness bc of the inserts❣️👍👍 After removing the two inserts, it creates a dip so the sides hold me in place better.👍👍 The inserts have a smooth fabric liner over them. 👌👍👍Quality foam & exterior fabric that’s soft.👉 I don’t think that washing this is a good idea because foam products seem to morph and disfigure one submerged in water and especially so when submerged in soapy water.

Title: Great idea, poorly executed
Review: This pillow is a great idea and I think it would work well if it were designed differently. Unfortunately, when you take out the padding to make it thinner, you are left with two thick side walls on the top and bottom of the pillow (where the inserts go) that cause a ridge and in turn discomfort to sleep on. I would prefer to see the inserts lay flat against the main body which would eliminate this issue.

Title: Didn’t know I needed this
Review: I’m adjusting to not having a memory foam top on our new mattress. I bought this when I couldn’t sleep and honestly thought it was a waste of money but like to buy things… but it is actually amazing. I’m 5’5 135 lbs and I didn’t even know having support in this area would have such an impact. I’m able to sleep without needing to turn over. I’m a side sleeper. Worth a shot if especially if you miss your memory foam you had to get rid of when you moved in with your boyfriend because it hurts his back. 😅
