Title: Not just for sleeping, also for reading in bed, tv on couch etc
Review: So first of all I have a short torso and big hips, and this is a little thick and high for my torso right now for lying on my side. It's easier on my back. That said, I was expecting that... this is the lowest height of all of the lumbar sleep supports I've found, and it also is likely to mush down after some break-in use like a lot of memory foam sleep support products can do so I'm not taking any stars off for that.I got this because I have started having really bad piriformis and hip pain on one side, partly because of how I lie and sit while working in bed or watching tv. I can feel the muscles tightening when I am trying to use them to support myself upright (I also have a hypermobility condition so I am always using muscles to stabilize myself upright, causing tension in weird areas).What I have found is the most amazing and unexpected use for this product is, is support for either my lower back while doing work or reading in bed (which I do a lot, as someone with a chronic illness), or under my knees or lower back while gaming or watching tv on the couch. It gives me a lot of core stability and support I never had before, and it is also handy to put upside down (or even right side up) in areas where my butt or legs are inconveniently located right between two sofa cushions (I have a cheapo sofa that tends to wedge my butt in the cushion gap uncomfortably). This provides a flat surface that is more comfortable and supportive.In short, you really can use this for a lot of things! I also have used it to stabilize my arm while sleeping, because if my wrist or shoulder stretch too much while at rest it can sublux things or irritate tendinitis and really hurt. It is just the right height to kind of rest my hand on when lying sidways so I am not stretching my shoulder joint excessively.I will say the best use so far for me has actually been stabilizing my lower back while reading and using my laptop in bed. It is such a relief to feel that support in my lumbar area so my pelvic muscles and joints, and my lower back can get a much needed break. But I am sure as I break this in more I will use it more for lying down too. The cover of this feels nice and is cooling and smooth, the memory foam is good quality. Great product.

Title: Best Lumbar Pillow
Review: I've been using this pillow for a month now and I can say with certainty that it is the best lumbar support pillow I've used. I injured my lower back shortly after purchasing this and this pillow has honestly been a godsend. Using this pillow is the only way I am able to sleep pain-free in bed. It is flexible so you can pack it up and use it on a plane (it kept me comfortable all 5 hours of a flight). I use it in the car for back support too. It is firm yet soft and offers the perfect amount of support without getting uncomfortable if you're injured and have a sensitive back. 10/10 recommend.

Title: Worked great once I put it under my legs instead.
Review: I've had chronic back pain all my life. I have all the usual paraphernalia that are probably familiar to those with back pain: memory foam mattress and contoured pillows, back braces, whole bunch of ergonomic sitting options. But when my barely four-year-old memory foam mattress suddenly failed to give me restful sleep and I woke up every morning with worsening back pain, I was at a loss. I tried...three or four different options for lumbar support in bed, from rolled up towels to several of those fancy shaped ones. But man, I don't know how other people ever sleep on those high things, they actually hurt my back and shoulders WORSE, and made me feel like I was suffocating. I figured this one was low and gently sloped that it was worth a shot.Well, it turns out, no matter where I place it (upper back, right under my neck, lower back, right under waist, hips), it just did not work for me - until I stuck it under my legs instead. Then magic: no more back pain! No idea why or how that works, I'm just grateful to be waking up each morning without persistent back pain. And this one is gently sloped and wide enough that it really does stay put while I sleep. Although, I am not a restless sleeper and tend to stay very still when I sleep, and invidivual mileage may vary on that account.All in all: LOVE IT.

Title: Soft and offers just the right amount of support
Review: If you are suffering from lower back discomfort while sleeping, this pillow will take the pressure off just enough to help you sleep. It's not too hard, so you can even still lay on it if you flip over on your side. It's been a large help and if I go to sleep with a bad lower back, this will allow me to sleep a little better.
