Title: Side sleeper, had tons of pain in my shoulder. No more.
Review: I bought this out of desperation. I've injured and re-injured my shoulders a bit (nothing serious, just sprains) and now I'm old enough that I can injure them sleeping. I'm a side sleeper, and had a lot of sleep interrupted because of pain in my shoulders. This pillow is designed with channels underneath it, so your arm has a place to go without having a ton of weight put on it by the rest of your body. I was easily able to find positions where my shoulders didn't hurt lying on my side.The pillow cover it comes with is fine; I ordered one of the optional (very expensive for what they are) ones that I liked better. While the pillow is expensive, it's helped me get consistent sleep which is far more valuable. I recommend these.

Title: Extremely adjustable, outstanding customer service!
Review: I just got my wife pillow yesterday. I'm making expected adjustments to it and contacted the company. They are sending what I requested free of charge and the rep I spoke with could not have been more kind, professional and helpful! This pillow is worth every penny you pay for it!! If you suffer from any sleep related pain, you've found the right pillow! Your search is over! Extremely high quality! I'm thrilled!UPDATE: I have BAD shoulders. Fell and jammed both of them. Dislocated the really bad one. It was popping out and locking up in my sleep. I made adjustments every day to pillow. Know this...every inch of it is basically tunnels. You can and should access ALL stuffing to make it exactly what you need. It took about a week (well worth it) but it's EXACTLY the support I need! I've slept on down pillows for YEARS. Never dreamed I could get my best comfort without it. Not only is my right shoulder no longer popping out, I'm not developing headaches through the night which I've done every night 4ever. An occasional VERY mild one but on a scale of 1-10, one being no to mild headache, 10 being nauseous migraine, I wake up #1!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I asked if they'd send me bag of cooling memory foam chips which they did, free of charge!! Outstanding customer service!!

Title: DO NOT BUY - Company Does not Honor the Return Policy
Review: Beginning with why someone would purchase this pillow, it does not work. I spent 30+ days stuffing, un-stuffing, reworking, and trying to make this pillow work. It collapsed on itself and ultimately was worse than just arranging firm pillows correctly so my shoulder wouldn't be in pain the next morning. While I am 6ft tall, I'm fit and not putting excessive weight on the pillow. It just doesn't work for me.No big deal right? The company, seemingly understanding that it may take time to determine if the pillow does or does not work for any given person, has a generous 101 day return policy for a FULL REFUND. False, Amazon does not process this refund after 30 days due to their policies meaning you have to contact the merchant directly. I was then told I have to pay for return shipping myself which cost $70 because it is a large and heavy item. They will not reimburse shipping, meaning I am out almost half the cost of the pillow.EDIT: After calling the vendor, they did attempt to reimburse me some for the shipping. When processing the return they were only able to reimburse me $20 for the return shipping. So not entirely happy but marginally appeased by their customer service.

Title: Really helps with my shoulder pain

Title: its ok
Review: For the last year, I have had to be a side sleeper due to a medical issue. This has led me to have constant shoulder pain and tightness. This is the 3rd pillow I have tried. I waited to buy it because it was also the most expensive but it was my last hope. I will say it has helped a little. My shoulders are less sore but still sore. I added more stuffing, less stuffing... it didn't make much of a difference. The stuffing does get packed in after a while too so you have to keep fluffing the stuffing. That being said, even though it doesn't really help my should pain, it is a VERY comfortable pillow. My husband is always trying to steal it. The raised bottom allows him to sleep with his arms under his pillow without them going to sleep. It is also great for back sleepers. I wish they had more pillow case options.

Review: A true side sleepers pillow. I can sleep fully on my side and place an arm under the bottom and out one of the sides to relieve pressure off my shoulder. Neck and back.I have less number hands now.I even take this on trips.

Title: Took some adjusting but I LOVE it!
Review: After receiving my pillow I kept receiving requests for review. Immediately after opening, I tried it out for positioning and thought it was wonderful. 2 nights in and I felt the pillow was too firm (cooling foam).I contacted the company and they had a few suggestions.Because I will be travelling a lot and want to take my pillow with me, I decided to purchase a second pillow - this time the fiber-filled. Once I received it, I swapped half of the stuffing from each pillow. I now have two pillows with firmer arm tunnels and a soft headspace. I am so happy with both of them.The company maintained contact (and still checks in on me after a month!). I am grateful for their suggestions. This pillow is SO customizable.Worth the expense! I am thrilled! No more shoulder or arm pain! No more waking up feeling like my arm was torn from its socket.
