From USA Today bestselling author Meghan Quinn comes a witty friends to lovers . . . turns . . . enemies to lovers romance.

Everly Plum is delighted to be heading up the Bridesmaid for Hire program at Magical Moments by Maggie. And when Hardy Hopper, one of their billionaire investors, approaches Everly for help with his friends' wedding, she's more than happy to step in. But Hardy has an extra assignment for her: his ex-girlfriend will be the maid of honor opposite his role as best man, and he wants Everly's help getting her back.

There's only one problem: Everly may have a tiny crush on the dashing businessman. But despite the way Hardy makes her stomach flutter, she's determined to prove herself, both as a bridesmaid and as a matchmaker. That is, until she finds her crush turning into real feelings. Not to mention, Hardy can't help but notice how well he clicks with Everly, and before he knows it, he's not looking for his ex's attention anymore.

But even after their simmering attraction finally rises to the surface, they will have to contend with meddling friends, poor timing, and professional boundaries—and the risk that no one might get a second chance after all.

Title: Hardy & Everly
Review: First of all, let me preface this review by saying that because this is a MQ novel, she gets 5 stars. Period. I mean… it’s MQ, right?! The Queen of Rom Com! 👑NOBODY does Rom-Com like MQ!I did love Bridesmaid Undercover, however I’ll go out on a limb and say it wasn’t one of my favorite MQ books to date. Do I dislike it? Absolutely NOT! Did I love it? No, I didn’t. Hear me out on this one…I love a slow burn. I don’t mind all the angst, the pining, the build-up to THE moment where things go from platonic to SUPERSONIC 💥. This one doesn’t disappoint in that respect. She’s a slooooooow burn, so if you love super slow, you’ll eat it up! I just think some of the banter between Hardy Hopper and Everly Plum could have been cut out of the story and it still would have been the masterpiece we all expect from MQ. And just personal preference here, but miscommunication pisses me off! 😂 There’s a definite disconnect between Hardy and Everly At times and I found myself screaming “JUST SAY IT ALREADY!! Just admit you’re into each other and be done with it!!” I do believe this build up was part of what made Hardy “Hardy” and Everly “Everly.”I love these two for each other! They’re both quirky, a little dorky at times, and they just “get” each other’s brand of “weird.” Their story is so sweet and Everly is such a saint for crushing on Hardy while trying to set him up with an old college girlfriend, despite her ongoing feelings for him.The hilarity of some of the scenes had me cackling out loud!! I not only read the book, but I also listened to the AMAZING narration of Jason Clarke and Samantha Brentmoor as they brought Hardy and Everly to life. Their subtle nuances and “extras” were EVERYTHING! Everly’s “Australian accent” and Hardy’s “British accent” had me ROLLING! 🤣I LOVED how MQ intermingled a lot of the MQ Universe in this book. We hear a lot about the Cane brothers, especially JP Cane and his efforts to, not only continue his valiant efforts to save the pigeons, but also some new feathered friends. 🦩🐧See? There are so many things to love about this one. I think the SUPER slooowww burn was a little too slow for me, but the build up was super entertaining! Also… Hardy Hopper can grovel with the best of them and the SPICE!!! When she hits, she HITS! 😮‍💨🔥🥵It’s still a must-read, y’all. Don’t dare hesitate to dive in head first. You really will love it! ❤️

Title: lots of laughs and emotions too as Hardy fumbles every opportunity with Everly
Review: I grabbed the audiobook of this one because two of my very favorite narrators were on board and I definitely was not disappointed. Meghan Quinn always gives us such great humor, the most outrageous, laugh out loud moments, and so much heart.Part of the fun of this story is the inclusion of the Cane brothers, particularly JP Cane, as his love for pigeons is still front and center but NOW he’s very involved with saving the Flamingos too. He loves the birds.Hardy and Everly team up to get Hardy a second chance with his ex, Mable, who has returned to town. It takes Hardy a long while. . . but he finally gets it. He doesn’t really want his ex. He actually wants Everly. His friend. His “partner in crime” to win back his ex. And his ex makes him see it!But be prepared. It’s a long wait until Hardy and Everly get it together. Talk about NOT being able to “read the room”, they are two of the best at miscommunication and their journey to be with each other has some really funny moments. But you’ll also really get annoyed with Hardy. And wow does Everly show him the error of his ways as only she can. And yes groveling is involved. This can absolutely be read as a stand-alone but I highly recommend book 1 in this series, 𝐵𝓇𝒾𝒹𝑒𝓈𝓂𝒶𝒾𝒹 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝐻𝒾𝓇𝑒, Another five star read for sure.

Title: Obsessed obsessed
Review: I was so pleasantly surprised to see this book was about Maggie’s assistant, Everly and her huge crush on Hardy. Hardy is the best man in his best friend’s wedding, and technically Everly’s employer in a way. Hardy contracts Everly to help the maid of honor plan out wedding festivities. The only catch is that the maid of honor is Hardy’s ex and he wants her back. Big time. This book is such a wild ride, and I loved every second of it.If you’re a fan of slow burns, friends to lovers, age gap, workplace romance, and a third act break up, and some comedy then I beg you to read this one!

Title: started strong
Review: This book started strong, but I didn’t love the direction it went. I thought there were really strong, comedic moments, for certain, but I just felt like there was conflict for the sake of conflict. Also,am I the only one sick and tired of reading about 21-year-olds who have perfect bodies, and perfect skin, and perfect tits, getting with “older” In their 30s men. The honestly kept describing the main Mail character as very very old and he was literally my age, couldn’t help but be offended the entire time. Personally sick and tired of it. I’m not 21 years old, I do not have perfect skin, I’ve breast-fed two kids definitely don’t have perfect tits, so I certainly don’t relate to that female main character. It’s extremely unrelatable to me, and I will certainly be looking for female characters that are in their 30s or older, because I have outgrown this dynamic as a reader, honestly. For younger demographics, this book would probably fit in perfectly into their TBR. For me, I’m over it. I’m good..

Title: Meghan did it again.. funny and full of romance
Review: So funny.. this story had me laughing. I also listened to the audio, and the narrators were amazing. I loved the characters... loved that we got a few cameos from other characters from other books. Omg Meghan chapter 23 broke me a little I felt so sad for Everly. Hardy was such a jerk. But I do love that we get our happily ever after. This series is definitely a fave and super hilarious can't wait to read Hudson's book.

Title: Sublime!
Review: This is the sweetest, funniest book I've read in years!! Also the sexiest! Every writer who aspires to irresistible love scenes should buy a copy of this book and keep it beside their computer for inspiration and instruction. Characters you love from the start, a slow burn that sets dialog (interior and exterior) on fire and makes the reader yearn for the couple's pleasure, happiness, and commitment. It doesn't get any better than this!

Review: I always know when it’s a book written by Meghan to prepare for the most unattractive snorts to come out of my mouth while I try to keep my laughter to minimal. Let me tell you.. it’s impossible to keep in with the situations that these characters are put through.Everly has had a secret crush on Hardy and during a misunderstanding, she agrees to help him scheme and win back his ex girlfriend who returned to town after years away. This leads to hilarious emails with code names, meetings while wearing disguises and such awkward moments with his ex, Maple.During this, we get to experience them establish such a strong friendship and bond. They would have such honest conversations which Hardy would take to heart and do his best to give her such simple joys that it had me swooning hard. Everly is fighting her feelings because she wants to help him and knows that he is unavailable but she can’t help but fall for him as she realizes that they both love the same things and have the same quirks.Hardy takes a while to realize that the friendship blossoming between him and Everly goes so much beyond that. When he realizes, he is so confused on how to continue that he definitely stumbles along the way. I do love how fierce Everly was doing some of the gut wrenching scenes and how she made him work for her forgiveness and the grovel part was spicy and so so good.I loved the cameos we are given by beloved characters and JP’s e mails were just the best addition to this story. I am so in love and invested in this world that I can’t wait for it to continue.

Review: This is another amazing read from Meghan Quinn! The humour was on point, the spice perfect (Loved her use of the 'c' word...both actually) and the story was perfect!I have yet to meet a Meghan Quinn book I haven't liked and 'Bridesmaid Undercover' is no exception. Her stories are incredibly clever and her humour always induces fights of laughter, side holding, liquid projectiles (unfortunately) and loads of smiles. It's cathartic! I adored Everly and Hardy's relationship. Their email exchanges and their text message exchanges were hilarious and I swooned at their nicknames for each other. I also loved Hardy's inability to see what was in-front of him initially, if only because the nose and ketchup incident would not have occurred without it, nor wood the nose-boob incident. (You will love them!)It's difficult to say which aspect of book I loved the most, however I do feel that there are some memorable mentions that need to happen....Oh Tomothy (That's not a typo 😊) you will forever live in my head and I will never look at cats and nostrils in the same way again and also Brody's appearance. I just love him so having an extra Brody moment in any book is always special. No one will regret this book, I couldn't recommend it more. Most definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read!Thank you @meghanquinnbooks and @good.girls.pr for the ARC. Review: I love Meghan Quinn and this series is fast becoming my favorite of hers. Just as good as the first book, this one is fun, easy to binge read, and has two great characters you can't get enough of. I love Megan's easy to read style and laugh out loud rom-com. I am excited to read the next book and hope it's not too far away.

Review: Still a good read but I was expecting more. IMO the leads lacked chemistry, they really worked better as friends than lovers.
